I raised two wonderful girls and am married to the most amazing woman so I have some understanding about how women are diminished in the job market. We (wife and I) taught our girls to be brave. That has served them well.

I was recently on a plane from Atlanta to Ohio. At 51 I've lost count of how many planes I've been on. The landing at the Columbus Airport was one of the worst landings I have ever experienced! I said to my wife "We can thank DEI for that landing". Was it a bit premature and biased? Yes. We were all a somewhat emotional after the SLAM! into the runway we just experienced. But I had a sense the pilot and co-pilot were inexperienced.

As we disembarked, a young woman, not more than 25, and a young man, probably not past his 30s, stood at the cockpit wishing us well. The suggestion to "schedule more hours in the simulator" went unsaid as I thanked them for the well-wishes.

I'm honestly surprised more people aren't killed because of it. My 16 yr old nephew is wanting to be a pilot like his father. So this summer for free flying lessons he's getting up the crack of dawn and doing whatever needs to be done on site at the airport. From cleaning up garbage, to learning how to fix every part of the plane. He doesn't make a dime and he just got his licence to drive. Hubby and I try to give him whatever cash we can afford to when we see him. He wants to work for UPS to start with. I wonder if he will get the chance to be what he wants to in life no matter how much hard work he puts in. The worst thing to be in America right now is a young, white, patriotic, Christian, man. I try to pray instead of worry over him. He's a good kid but that goes nowhere these days.

She's a moron, wrapped in another moron. She got 2% of the vote first time around. I think I need to go get my DNA tested. My family are very dark haired, dark skinned, hey maybe I could run for Veep!! It only takes .00000000000001 of something to be a DEI hire. People are always asking what my heritage is, maybe I'm missin' the boat on this one!
 
Somebody mentioned some Latinos call Kamala "Que Mala", and I see a running theme in this since the people really have "no se" in the plan.

DEI hiring is manifestly illegal. I cannot believe that there are not massive (and lucrative!) lawsuits being filed.

Agreed and I just want to clarify for others, this has nothing to do with our current members, @Aaron56 and everyone else. I think we are all in the same page. We all need to have an understanding of the liberal/ Western socialist terminology.
It's a reminder that the reprobate leftists view of diversity and racism has nothing to do with reality or true virtue. They put on a show of self righteousness, justifying themselves while condemning Christians.
They have a twisted perversion of everything that is true. They consider anyone who will not allow their children to be exposed to them as the sexists, racists criminals that must be eliminated. This goes on anywhere they can slither their way into. The most common are the public schools and libraries.

The dead elected him, they want him, hell is demanding the president they voted for.

"By the Way you may get a foreign crisis". (You know when Biden says that the US is not in any war that this means WW3 is about to start, something about proclaiming peace and security). He reminds us that right before October 7th the foreign policy advisor was quoted as saying "things are now quiet in the Middle East"
