It sounds like an engine oil additive. It is after all located in the engine section. Oh, that's not right, it is the equine section. I think that is a horse, of course. My bad per usual.

I just called.
It's available in the gell form.
It's a sulphur compound.
I used to take 100% pure organic sulphur frequently until I ran out. I need to get more since it's an essential nutrient.

I don't have arthritis, but I've read over the years from various pro-vitamin C sources, like Linus Pauling, that large doses of vitamin C not only prevents arthritis but reverses it. A Grok summary of claims Pauling made in his book "How to Live Longer and Feel Better (1986) , says that "Vitamin C could reduce inflammation, support collagen production (essential for joint health), and alleviate symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis."

"Pauling suggested daily doses of 1–18 grams (1,000–18,000 mg) of vitamin C, far exceeding the RDA (around 75–90 mg for adults). He cited anecdotal evidence, animal studies, and his interpretation of biochemical pathways (e.g., vitamin C's role in hydroxylation of proline for collagen synthesis) to support its use for joint pain and cartilage repair."

Thank you kindly! Vitamin C absorption is limited by the amount of carrier for C in the blood stream, Liposomal C has it's own carrier and is the closest we can get to an IV of Vitamin C from what I have read.

 My own thread and I haven't been getting alerts to it
Thanks for the replies everyone, I'll have to find time to go through and catch up.

In the mean time, I spent several weeks in physical therapy and what a difference it has made!
Now, when I'm starting to feel intense pain or stiffness, I know some good, basic stretches to do and they help tremendously!
Though, with the cold weather months here now, there are days I go outside and once I'm inside I can certainly feel discomfort.
Right now I continue to use a combination of stretches and roll on relief.

Wonderful to hear dear sister to the east.
Structural (bones and joints) often happen overnight, I had a very positive event overnight recently, next morning very much improved over the day before, and in other areas of my health as well. Things going on that aren't going on anymore.
Praying over roll on stuff, medication and supplements has been a blessing here, itis a way we give Him first place even though we are seeking mans medicine and not totally reliant on Him.
Jesus never sent anyone to rehab:giggle:!
Of course I don't walk in the "dunamis", or explosive power of God as did Jesus.
Indiana vs Wisconsin today?
Blessings

I guess that's what you are looking for once I read the title this evening...... Natural remedies for arthritis. Hopefully we can help you out. Just remind me so I don't forget. I would sit down with a paper and pen. Write down if you can think of any triggers.
Finding the cause goes a long way to reversal .
I know the initial cause was from damage due to a severe injury in my early youth
I don't want to rely on injections. I had one around the start of this thread because that day I hobbled into the ortho drs office and could hardly make it. I was literally ready to plop down on my butt and scoot. Dr gave me 2 options: injection or surgery and since other health situations didn't make me a candidate for surgery at the time AND I DON'T WANT IT IF AVOIDABLE AT ALL, I opted for the injection (which I had a brief reaction to: instant tingling throughout my body, very itchy, and hives. I later found out from my PCP's nurse the injection used and was advised that if I ever have another one to insist a different type be tried. Though my goal and hope is to not have to have one again!)
I requested and insisted for a referral to physical therapy and the team there was irked that the ortho dr only gave the 2 options (injections or surgery). The head therapist was certain that PT would be a great option and fit for me, and thus far it has!
I've also decided that (once I get a chance to research more) I'm going to try and find a different ortho Dr in case I do end up needing to go back in.
The PT worked me through movements that I haven't been able to do in YEARS due to pain. Now, I do certain movements just because I CAN, I can bend my knee and squat and stretch in ways I couldn't for years. (though I have to be careful, sometimes the pain is there a few hours later, but the roll on relief helps with that.)

It does sound and almost looks like ( the bottle I saw online) and engine oil additive

Someday we may b=get a grease fitting for the knee and do our own grease injections?
There is a material that works better than the original cartlidge, but needs to be adhered to metal, and the whole thing placed in the knee.--
here is an article-
Carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) composites are being explored as a promising material for orthopedic implants, including total joint replacements. Carbon-fiber-reinforced polyetheretherketone (CFR-PEEK) has shown significant potential in this field due to its favorable mechanical and biological properties. It has a modulus of elasticity similar to bone, which helps reduce stress shielding and bone resorption, common issues with metallic implants. Studies have demonstrated that CFR-PEEK acetabular cups exhibit wear rates considerably lower than those of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) joints, potentially reducing the risk of osteolysis. Furthermore, CFR-PEEK has been found to produce bone strain patterns in the pelvis that closely resemble those of the intact case, suggesting better long-term bone adaptation and implant longevity. The material is also radiolucent, allowing for clear visualization of bone fusion via X-ray, CT, and MRI, and it is compatible with sterilization methods such as steam and gamma radiation. In joint applications, CFR-PEEK has demonstrated low wear factors when paired with ceramic materials, indicating its suitability for articulating implants like hip and knee replacements. These properties make CFR-PEEK a strong candidate for use in total joint replacements, particularly where long-term durability and biocompatibility are critical.

I would seek answers outside of orthopedics. They likely have the same 3 categories of drugs which all are destructive to the joints.
The tools available in their tool box are those drugs and joint amputation. They call it replacement, but what they do is amputate the largest joints in the body with bone saws at hight risk. Then they do carpentry on that to put an synthetic ball/socket in their place. Look at the bone in ham next time you carve one for dinner. That's a major surgery that the Drs embellish and lie to make it sound like a nail clipping. I know because I was there when family were being deceived by surgeons about bone one bone. I asked to take a close look at the X-rays. They found one who can see. I was a veterinary technician and did plenty of X-rays.

As a young athlete under a teacher who pushed me beyond my max about every week, my knees were badly damaged. He didn't know how to teach proper form or provide ways to recover. However I am grateful for the self discipline he instilled.
I didn't know if my knees would ever heal. By God's grace, He revealed solutions and I went on to do serious leg presses and mountain biking. My knees are injured as we speak because I push myself without enough nutritional support.
MDs say there's only two choices because :
A. They have a small tool box that can only hold a few tools like a bone saw , scalpels and spreaders.
B. They are using low knowledge which passes for expertise. OR
C. Perhaps those two things are the way they become wealthy.

You know, stationary bike wasn't my favorite thing at PT. I have this opinion that if I'm going to be on a bike I should be going somewhere; however, whenever I start feeling stiff or tightened up the stationary bike at the gym offers immediate relief. It's growing on my list of favorites.

Thanks! It is boring to me as well, yet it is a beneficial tool for my knee's.
We have a few outposts called "Play it again sports" who have great exercise equipment for a really affordable price. A recumbent bike from there has been a great help.

I hear later in January is a good time to find slightly to never used exercise equipment, something about the New Years resolutions fading away? :giggle::giggle::giggle::):coffee:
FB marketplace too?
Mine has a little ledge I can place a tablet to keep up with CC? :):coffee:(y):giggle:
