Calvinism, Arminianism, and Molinism are pretty much the only competing views on this particular topic. Of course there is always the "It's a mystery option", but I have a feeling you may have something more fleshed out to give us than that.

In general, both Calvinism and Arminianism get some things right and some things wrong. Therefore, neither are in the truth.
 
Hello, I'm a Messianic, which is probably a more recent term. I also call myself a Jewish-Christian, and just a Believer in Y'Shua. But I have noticed that other are now calling themselves Israelites, those grafted in. I would call myself that also.
 
Be of Almighty Yahvah God and Yahshua the Messiah in spirit and truth.

What is it with all the these names to push each other into groups?

We should be all one, in one truth, under the same grace.

That would be rather difficult to establish as historical fact. Especially given that the Roman Catholic church was not an organized body until around the 300's AD.

roughly 365AD - 425AD
there is no set date when the Roman Catholic Church was created... it was subtly introduced into Christianity after Constantine made institutionalized Christianity and made it the national religion

There we go again. How can I trust your analysis of history (or anyone's analysis of history when they say the same) when you don't even know that Constantine didn't make Christianity the state religion. The Edict of Milan in 313 AD simply made the practice of Christianity legal. It wasn't until 380 AD during the reign of Emperor Thedosius that Nicene Christianity was made the official religion of the Roman Empire. Moreover I don't know why people like you demonize Constantine, when you have every reason to celebrate him for ending the persecutions. Perhaps it's because you have no other way to explain the distinctively Apostolic practices of praying for the dead, the veneration of Saints, and the Real Presence appearing in the writings of the ECF's and early church history in general.

I follow the teachings as described in the ANTE-NICENE CHRISTIAN PERIOD. Constantine made a significant impact within politics and religion by endorsing Christianity. before him, though, it wasn't institutionalized. the Caesars hated Christians and killed them...

and for someone who pushes "early church Christianity", you certainly are braindead about the ante-Nicene Fathers

I never said you celebrated Constantine. I said you should since he ended the persecution of Christians.

If anything the Ante-Nicene Fathers are the most utilized in Church documents and in Catechetical teaching. Just browsing a list of the Ante-Nicene Fathers I found Clement, Ignatius, Polycarp, Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, Clement of Alexandria, Cyprian, Hippolytus, and Tertullian. All of which are among the most used and familiar in Catholic literature.

martyrdom is a beautiful thing... a blessing... persecution is MUCH NEEDED to rune us into the sons of God we need to become... and you would gladly sit here and allow Satan to creep into Christendom?

when did you given up the contending for the faith for a bowl of soup?
