As some people know, I am a restaurant manager. What I did yesterday was drop a metal tray from the dishwasher on my toes. Needless to say, my second toe looks twice its size, won't bend, and it black, blue, and red. On the positive side, one of my employees stood there laughing hysterically because I just stood there with my mouth opened in shock.
