Shirts that fit, and pants that don't sag so low you can see his undies or butt crack.

Wears shoes that look like you can both wear to a restaurant or go for a hike in.

Rectangular framed glasses are nice too...

Hawt shy nerds rule. :p

A girl who is a Christian
Who loves to read and think deeply
Who is quirky
Fun loving
A geek
And has amazing eyes.

Those who have tried in the past to figure out what my "type" is typically have given up exasperated.

It's the person inside the package, not the package. That's like unwrapping your Christmas presents, throwing out the toys and playing with the paper.
I *promise* I will come back and expand on that some when I'm not getting a 1st & 3rd grader ready for school.

Yes but to try and take the "high ground" is to miss the point of the Question.

Clothing is more about culture and purpose than pride.

We understand that its not about depth but, its certainly about style and taste. :)

What do I find attractive?

Loose fit, comfortable clothing. Nothing tight. Nothing 'mini' or 'spaghetti' or 'itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny'. Flat shoes, preferably athletic lace-up shoes. Little or no make-up. Low-maintenance hairstyle. Backpacks over purses. Glasses are cool. Phone put away and only brought out on rare occasions. I don't want to stare at the top of your head because you're constantly texting.

What has no one else mentioned? A cool car! It's not a turn-on if you're rockin' a Honda Accord Sedan, but if you've got a jacked-up Jeep or a sports car? Women who are motorheads are a major plus in my book...

I am a sucker for dark-haired guys, with a little scruff on the chin. I am also a sucker for guys who wear nice dark-washed jeans, a hoodie under a leather jacket.

Aww! Arwen just announced that she is a sucker for me ;) well, aside from the leather jacket, that description fits me pretty well lol

So wait...does that mean you like or dislike my profile picture?!?! ;)

For me, it's hard to say. I like a great range of things!! ...just like God loves wondrous variety! ^^

(for those who won't get this, it's a scene from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves)

That said, some things just don't look good. I mean, basic laws/rules of color matching, type/style matching, ext. As far as revealing goes, perhaps it could be for men purer than I, but erring on the side of caution, be semi-conservative please.

That said, I mean everything from jeans and T, to sweats, to summer-wear (shorts, ext), to winter clothing, to dress, to skirts...it's just whatever you look good in and like to wear! A lot can be said for confidence, too. Two people of the same sex (and let's say physical attractiveness, too) wearing the same thing can be ugly, unnoticeable, pretty, or incredibly beautiful very largely based on the way they carry themselves.

In my opinion, every guy should own atleast one leather (fake or real) jacket, it looks so good on a man. And I have the suspicion that guys feel good wearing one too.

Physically:
-Dark hair (that's what I tend to be drawn to, but funnily enough 3 of the 4 crushes I had in college had light colored hair)
-Taller than me (I'm 5'7'')
-Converse shoes
-Dark wash jeans
-Awesome smile or eyes (I'm a total sucker for great smiles and long eyelashes)
-Also, a guy in a suit always looks sharp. *fans self with hand*

"Inside":
-Christ is first in his life (if I can tell he's really serious about his faith, then my heart skips a beat)
-Gentle
-Trustworthy
-A bit nerdy/geeky
-Likes deep discussions

Bonuses:
-He can sing
-He can play guitar (or some instrument)
-He likes reading
-He likes God's creation
-Likes alternative/rock music

I think this is cute. I don't really look like that when I talk to people I don't like (I'm still friendly and try not to show that I don't care for them) but the second one...I feel like I do that. :o

Umm... *slowly raises hand in back of a large crowd...*

...though I don't wear converse...otherwise, I pretty much fit the bill, lol. (Yay!! There are some out there!!)

I did a google image search for ''modestly dressed women" and was extremely disappointed with the results...they were either women completely covered like in muslim countries, or women hardly covered at all (darn trolls!)

I'm done with you google, I'm using BING from now on!

Rachel, good list. I can't play the guitar and I don't have converse shoes or dark wash jeans (I don't even know what they are!)
Liamson, not sure why you quoted me. I wasn't taking the high-ground, just stating my preferences.

Physically, I don't know what I'm looking for. Someone not excessively shorter than I, someone with awesome eyes.

This is a very tough question...hmmm...

button up shirts, jeans or skirts, and boots

Not a huge fan of dresses, or any dressy clothes for that matter really.

You just used the word swoony. Is it because you were swoony at the time?

I find several styles of men's clothing attractive. However, if it looks like you're the missing 6th member of Bone Thugs N Harmony, I'm not so much into you. Personally, who the person is on the inside (from eyeballs to entrails), is what makes or breaks the attraction for me. If you're icky on the inside, then I'll come to find you to be physically unattractive. I agree with Seatbelt. The outside is fleeting and who someone is (and becomes) is everything.

It's true, leather jackets are the money. I have a pretty wicked one, and I love it.
