what do you guys think of this horrific truth behind the Meat Industry?

If people had a better understanding that something must die when you eat meat. I will never quit eating meat but you will always have abuse in the meat production industry until people quit supporting matrix farming and start supporting smaller farmers and local farmers that are good stewards of the animals they raise and produce.

i never said stop eating meat, but i do support small farms, since they take good care of there animals
 
In the Old Testament there are laws that pertain to treating your animal with respect and love. Don't believe me? check this link Judaism 101: Treatment of Animals

Now that that's established, there were also animal sacrifices in the OT. So how do we deal with this apparent contradiction?

Well.. it's not really a contradiction because just like with God's wrath sending humans to eternal hell because of His justice... God was willing to make animal sacrifices for the people. Jesus was the final sacrifice. God not only performed a human sacrifice, but a God sacrifice as well. Was it worth it for your soul for eternity. Maybe we should ask an Old Testament saint if he thought animal sacrifices was acceptable for him to enter heaven with God.

So no, animal cruelty is a no. And just because meat tastes really good doesn't mean we should let the FDA and huge meat companies do whatever they want with our meat. Because the way they're treating those animals is more than cruel and unusual, it's dangerous for our health.
