Just one of many truths I share, recieve it or reject it , that is your choice.

What does it mean to let not your heart be troubled in John 14:1?
John 14:1
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.

>>>> This is a HUGE Spiritual teaching, that I will share in it’s simplistic form so that it will agitate your Spirit, to search out the Word of God in Spiritual Study of Truth.

ALL through-out Jesus’s ministry(Now even) many people(of carnal-flesh) came/come to imply that his teachings where focus on the flesh becoming divine or somehow profiting from the Word of God, by this, it is meant that people who are still yet carnal, will try in vain to impose/add/imply/apply/insert to the Word of God, their OWN carnal flesh false intrepid(delusions/LIES) teachings into what Jesus TAUGHT/SANCTIFIED in DIVINE SPIRIT.

Even in this present age being exposed on the world stages of religions and politics with IMPUNITY.

MANY, many come in Jesus’s name, proclaiming in vanity, to impose/add/imply/apply/insert in the Word of God, their OWN EVIL-carnal flesh false intrepid(delusions/LIES) teachings into what Jesus TAUGHT/SANCTIFIED in DIVINE SPIRIT.

This of course is not true :

John 6:63
It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

witness…

Romans 8:2
For in Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set you free from the law of sin and death.

2 Corinthians 3:6
And He has qualified us as ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

Galatians 5:16-25
So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. / For the flesh craves what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are opposed to each other, so that you do not do what you want. / But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. ...

John 3:6
Flesh is born of flesh, but spirit is born of the Spirit.

1 Corinthians 15:45
So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living being”; the last Adam a life-giving spirit.

Romans 8:10-11
But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness. / And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit, who lives in you.

Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it pierces even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It judges the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

Isaiah 61:1
The Spirit of the Lord GOD is on Me, because the LORD has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and freedom to the prisoners,

1 John 5:6
This is the One who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ—not by water alone, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies to this, because the Spirit is the truth.

Proverbs 4:20-22
My son, pay attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. / Do not lose sight of them; keep them within your heart. / For they are life to those who find them, and health to the whole body.

>>>> “let not your heart be troubled in John 14:1”

Jesus commands not to agitate, nor stir the inner workings(system of man-flesh way of thinking and actions) of the bounded flesh.

IN other words, do not trouble your hearts with what is Spiritual because it will result in you backsliding/falling/stumbling to the death traps of the flesh once again.

2 Thessalonians 2:3

New International Version
Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.

New Living Translation
Don’t be fooled by what they say. For that day will not come until there is a great rebellion against God and the man of lawlessness is revealed—the one who brings destruction.

English Standard Version
Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction,

Berean Literal Bible
No one should deceive you in any way, because it is not until the apostasy shall have come first, and the man of lawlessness shall have been revealed--the son of destruction,

King James Bible
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Amplified Bible
Let no one in any way deceive or entrap you, for that day will not come unless the apostasy comes first [that is, the great rebellion, the abandonment of the faith by professed Christians], and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction [the Antichrist, the one who is destined to be destroyed],

American Standard Version
let no man beguile you in any wise: for it will not be, except the falling away come first, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition,

Contemporary English Version
But don't be fooled! People will rebel against God. Then before the Lord returns, the wicked one who is doomed to be destroyed will appear.

>>>> Beloved SEE with open Spiritual Ears, what the Word of God commands, Pray in Spirit what God states and you will DISCERN, that this INCLUDES YOURSELF!!!! as :

Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way,

Don’t be fooled by what they say.

Let no one deceive you in any way.

No one should deceive you in any way,

Let no man deceive you by any means:

Let no one in any way deceive or entrap you,

let no man beguile you in any wise:

But don't be fooled! People will rebel against God.

>>>> All of theses and more, are POINTING to the flesh-carnal-minded that you ; were, are or yet still remain.

The “Don’t be fooled by anyone” INCLUDES YOU, FOOLING YOURSELF INTO BELIEVING once again like the secular world of man-flesh does on their way to death !!!!

Here the Word of God specifies :

Ezekiel 36:26

New Living Translation
And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.

Contemporary English Version
I will take away your stubborn heart and give you a new heart and a desire to be faithful. You will have only pure thoughts,

GOD'S WORD® Translation
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you. I will remove your stubborn hearts and give you obedient hearts.

Good News Translation
I will give you a new heart and a new mind. I will take away your stubborn heart of stone and give you an obedient heart.

International Standard Version
"'"I'm going to give you a new heart, and I'm going to give you a new spirit within all of your deepest parts. I'll remove that rock-hard heart of yours and replace it with one that's sensitive to me.

hose with trouble hearts “went back to the Pharisees”

>>>> Now you KNOW that when Jesus commanded in Spirit :

John 14:1
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.

In Spirit reads as :

‘do not trouble your new creation(Spiritual Heart from God) with troubles of the flesh(systems of carnal-man-flesh) ; You have Faith in God , have Faith also in me - God’s Living Word.’

DO not place any Spiritual Faith in the flesh, nor in anything that flesh-man creates.

God’s Word is fulfilled here :

Galatians 5:17

New International Version
For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want.

New Living Translation
The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions.

English Standard Version
For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do..

King James Bible
For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

New King James Version
For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.

Amplified Bible
For the sinful nature has its desire which is opposed to the Spirit, and the [desire of the] Spirit opposes the sinful nature; for these [two, the sinful nature and the Spirit] are in direct opposition to each other [continually in conflict], so that you [as believers] do not [always] do whatever [good things] you want to do.

GOD'S WORD® Translation
What your corrupt nature wants is contrary to what your spiritual nature wants, and what your spiritual nature wants is contrary to what your corrupt nature wants. They are opposed to each other. As a result, you don't always do what you intend to do.

Good News Translation
For what our human nature wants is opposed to what the Spirit wants, and what the Spirit wants is opposed to what our human nature wants. These two are enemies, and this means that you cannot do what you want to do.

conclusion........

>>>> Jesus the master of dealing with the mind of the carnal-flesh, had already laid that very Spiritual foundation in this parable :

John 11:1
1Now a certain man named Lazarus was sick. He was from Bethany, the village where Mary and her sister Martha lived. 2It was the Mary who anointed the Lord with perfume and wiped His feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick. 3So the sisters sent word to Him, saying, “Lord, he [our brother and Your friend] whom You love is sick.”

4When Jesus heard this, He said, “This sickness will not end in death; but [on the contrary it is] for the glory and honor of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified by it.”

5Now Jesus loved and was concerned about Martha and her sister and Lazarus [and considered them dear friends].

6So [even] when He heard that Lazarus was sick, He stayed in the same place two more days. 7Then He said to His disciples, “Let us go back to Judea.”

8The disciples said to Him, “Rabbi (Teacher), the Jews were only recently going to stone You, and You are [thinking of] going back there again?” 9Jesus answered, “Are there not twelve hours [of light] in the day? Anyone who walks in the daytime does not stumble, because he sees [by] the Light of this world. 10But if anyone walks in the night, he stumbles, because there is no light in him.” 11He said this, and after that said, “Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I am going there to wake him.”

12The disciples answered, “Lord, if he has fallen asleep, he will recover.” 13However, Jesus had spoken of his death, but they thought that He was referring to natural sleep. 14So then Jesus told them plainly, “Lazarus is dead. 15And for your sake I am glad that I was not there, so that you may believe. But let us go to him.”

16Then Thomas, who was called Didymus (the twin), said to his fellow disciples, “Let us go too, that we may die with Him.”

17So when Jesus arrived, He found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb four days.

18Bethany was near Jerusalem, about two miles away; 19and many of the Jews had come to see Martha and Mary, to comfort them concerning [the loss of] their brother.

20So when Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went to meet Him, while Mary remained sitting in the house. 21Then Martha said to Jesus, “Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died. 22Even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give to You.” 23Jesus told her, “Your brother will rise [from the dead].” 24Martha replied, “I know that he will rise [from the dead] in the resurrection on the last day.” 25Jesus said to her, “I am the Resurrection and the Life. Whoever believes in (adheres to, trusts in, relies on) Me [as Savior] will live even if he dies; 26and everyone who lives and believes in Me [as Savior] will never die. Do you believe this?” 27She said to Him, “Yes, Lord; I have believed and continue to believe that You are the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed), the Son of God, He who was [destined and promised] to come into the world [and it is for You that the world has waited].”

28After she had said this, she left and called her sister Mary, privately whispering [to her], “The Teacher is here and is asking for you.” 29And when she heard this, she got up quickly and went to Him.

30Now Jesus had not yet entered the village, but was still at the place where Martha had met Him. 31So when the Jews who were with her in the house comforting her, saw how quickly Mary got up and left, they followed her, assuming that she was going to the tomb to weep there.

32When Mary came [to the place] where Jesus was and saw Him, she fell at His feet, saying to Him, “Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died.”

33When Jesus saw her sobbing, and the Jews who had come with her also sobbing, He was deeply moved in spirit [to the point of anger at the sorrow caused by death] and was troubled,

34and said, “Where have you laid him?” They said, “Lord, come and see.”

35Jesus wept. 36So the Jews were saying, “See how He loved him [as a close friend]!” 37But some of them said, “Could not this Man, who opened the blind man’s eyes, have kept this man from dying?”

38So Jesus, again deeply moved within [to the point of anger], approached the tomb. It was a cave, and a boulder was lying against it [to cover the entrance].

39Jesus said, “Take away the stone.” Martha, the sister of the dead man, said to Him, “Lord, by this time there will be an offensive odor, for he has been dead four days! [It is hopeless!]” 40Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you believe [in Me], you will see the glory of God [the expression of His excellence]?” 41So they took away the stone. And Jesus raised His eyes [toward heaven] and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. 42I knew that You always hear Me and listen to Me; but I have said this because of the people standing around, so that they may believe that You have sent Me [and that You have made Me Your representative].”

43When He had said this, He shouted with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” 44Out came the man who had been dead, his hands and feet tightly wrapped in burial cloths (linen strips), and with a [burial] cloth wrapped around his face. Jesus said to them, “Unwrap him and release him.”

45So then, many of the Jews who had come to [be with] Mary and who were eyewitnesses to what Jesus had done, believed in Him.

46But some of them went back to the Pharisees and told them what Jesus had done.

I reject it your "teaching" because is simply and dangerously wrong.

In context (yes, context does matter very much!), Jesus is talking to His disciples during the last significant interaction before His death. He is telling them not to worry or be overly sorrowful at His death, because through it and after He is doing important work for their benefit.

By "hearts", Jesus means the inner being of thoughts and emotions, which can run our outer words actions to great effect both good and bad. Your hyper-spiritualized "teaching" undermines both the simplicity of God's word and its relevance to human experience.

John 6:63
It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.
Again you have ignored important context and thereby misunderstood and misapplied Jesus' words.

He is contrasting the Spirit with the flesh, saying that the flesh does not give (eternal or spiritual) life. He is exhorting His followers to believe His words even though they may offend moral or religious sensibilities at times, because His truth transcends their temporal and temporary understanding. He is telling them that believing His words is what matters, for life comes through them and not through following only "in the flesh".

@Falconn007 I want you to know that your teaching has helped me.

I would like to State , I do not claim this teaching, what so ever, it is God's and all glory and praise to God and ONLY God. Be Bless in Spirit for your ability to DISCERN what is Spiritually discerned. Because I do not need anyone to follow me, nor agree with me, simply choose to accpet it or reject what I share. :)
