For some people, the threshold is a lot higher than others. I'd be curious to know.
Rush hour traffic? Out to chicken McNuggetts at McDonalds? Slamming your finger in a car car door? What does it take to really mess with you for a sustained period of time?
For me, I think I found my breaking point, or at least one of them.
Insomnia. Dealt with it all my life but as of the last few days, I've been in "sweet mercy, why Jesus" mode.
I could barely drive home last night, and I hit the hay early, only to wake up super early. Like 3AM early. I'm always up before 6, but even for me, that's just early.
I've been burning the candle so far at both ends of late that last night, I also managed to cut myself shaving so badly that I actually inhaled some of my own blood. That was also a very interesting experience.
I need sleep really badly, It's taking a toll on my health.... ugh.
So what breaks you?
