I enjoy this type of ice cream ''sandwich'':
vanilla ice cream on the bottom of a large - wide glass
put thick chocolate fudge on top of that
a little more vanilla on that
more thick chocolate fudge
top it off with cool whip
then add pistachios & strawberry swirl (be extra generous with it, too)
Very yummy!
