Only few people can go to heaven after death. Where will I go if I can't go to heaven?

Are you saved? If you're saved, you will indeed go to heaven.

Hello my friend,

I am not suited to be the first one to answer this question you have posed but I figured since I am sitting here I will step up to bat and take a swing. I am curious as to where you came to the conclusion that only a few people can go to heaven?

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16.

I am sure that our father, when he said and it was written that WHOEVER believes in him should not perish but have eternal life, means exactly that. Jehovah Witness believe in the literal translation of 144,000 will only be allowed to go to heaven. But that is just flat out inaccurate. I mean ... think about it. We are made in our fathers image and we have the ability to reason. And it just makes no sense for God to send his son to earth to die for 144,000 while making the promise that whoever believes will spend eternal life with him.

Lol copy and paste on that scripture... I guess my computer knew how important John 3:16 is that it pasted it twice. I will pay more attention going forward.

I think people occasionally will have these lingering doubts about salvation because it's hard to reconcile with rationality how we can be forgiven of grave trespasses against God and also be given eternal life of peace and love as a gift.

The human mind thinks it's too lofty if a gift and that our inadequacies demand we do something to redeem ourselves, but the fact of the matter is that the Bible says if you believe that Jesus Christ was crucified in order to forgive your sins, rose from the dead, and ascended to heaven then you will be justified and saved - meaning that you will go to heaven when you die.

Don't fall into the mindset that you have to work for your salvation because the moment you sinned even once you were already eternally damned. Without Jesus there are no second chances, there is no begging to get into heaven: it won't work. You must have faith in Christ.

Jesus said, " whoever believes and is baptized shall be saved. But whoever does not believe is condemned already".

Only few people can go to heaven after death. Where will I go if I can't go to heaven?
I use to wrestle with the idea that ''how could Jesus save me after all I'd done'' .. I lacked both confidence and knowledge .. And the devil tormented me for a long time with it .. I didn't know enough to use the Word and Jesus name to fight .. Even when Christians would try to teach me I still was tormented that Jesus couldn't save me .. Once I began to learn the Word and how to fight in Jesus name I began to receive strength until I could boldly cast those demonic thoughts away .. Jesus is bigger than all our sins combined and He is both our Lord and God .. What He says goes and He says if we believe and have faith in Him He will be the author of our salvation and no man can pluck us from His hands .. You sound unsure and it's normal for people to doubt when we go by sight .. You're OK and if you have confessed Jesus and repented He will lead you .. It may seem at times He's not there but He will never leave you or forsake you .. Learn to use scripture and Jesus name to conform your mind to Christ .. You will learn to take every thought captive that opposes Christ then one day it dawns on you that you're no longer where you were but in a new place in Jesus .. Don't give up but wait on the Lord , you'll be all right .. God Bless

Who told you that?

If you are sincere in your belief, stop worrying there will be an innumerable multitude of people in heaven. :)

"After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb."

I am 95, this is an important almost immediate question for me.

It seems to me that it is the Lord who created us and our world and the Lord has the answer to this. It is God the Father who decides, and God tells us that He sent His Son to pave the way for us to go there and unless we use that way we are not going. God also tells us that there are two ways to live after we live this life and the way other than with Him is terrible.

There isn't one single thing I can do about where I'll be going, it is entirely in the Lord's hands. I trust the lord. When I choose God's way to live here on earth there is beauty, joy, deep satisfaction. I trust Him with my life when I leave this body.

My family has dumped me from their lives, even though we live in the same town. The family and love shared is, I find, beauty. When I was denied the pleasure of that beauty I took up oil painting to create beauty in my life here. I put one picture on this site: the picture of the sea, and the ocean the Lord created is also beauty and power.

I love that you turned to beauty and creating your vision of nature. I really like you painting. It is strong and full of life and movement. Thanks for sharing.

Few will be saved is not written. Man said that.. let every man be a liar and God be true. "God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged."

So below.. if you believe whats written below.. you ARE forever saved through Christ what HE did. Just repent.. try not to sin.. if you get stuck..RUN to Him.. He will forgive you and cleans you from ALL unrighteousness. HE is NEVER against you. Read what the Bible says.. Not what I tell you but what HE says.. just believe in Christ.. and rejoice. You WILL get a peace you never had.. in Jesus name

John 3 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His one and onlye Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.

Romans 10 9-10. "that if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For with your heart you believe and are justified, and with your mouth you confess and are saved. "

I truly simply know this is true, but there is something I wonder about.

When Paul explained this to us he spoke of the process of giving our all to Christ, and accepting Christ in our life. Christ, Paul tells us, makes us cleansed from all sin and we are as of a righteous man. We accept Christ's ways. What if, after this we are so steeped in hate that we can't even speak to our own family even though they have done nothing but love us? That is holding Christ out of that part of our life. Does Christ still accept us as righteous?

Any one who accepts Jesus as Lord and Savior .... Meaning I am a sinner against you are saved and go to heaven. Deny you ta sinner against God and you can get your self to heaven instead of humble yourself self in your heart and deny Jesus you go to hell. Everyone can go to heaven but not everyone can humble themselves

Do you remember God's command to Adam and Eve? To be fruitful (have children) and spread the garden of Eden over the whole earth. Only condition was, not to eat the forebidden fruit. Where would they be today, if they'd obeyed God's command? Your answer will show you where you will live after you are resurrected.
