Yes. Who could have put it better. LOL!I was going to say "A model of faithfulness for life" but then I see this and how could anyone say anything else!

Marriage is to keep us from committing ADULTERY. Hebrews 13:4, If you are right with GOD, YOU Can't be with a woman that your not married to. GOD bless as HE sees fitAnd God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth... And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. (Gen 1:28; 2:22-24)
Christian marriage is a type of the Marriage of Christ and the Church. Adam was a type of Christ and Eve was a type of the Church.
Jesus set the example for us to follow. He went to Calvary to sacrifice Himself for His Bride. The purpose of marriage is different for men and women.
If either parent abandons a child it is very hard on them. They expect both of their parents to be there for them.so that the children will have a mother and a father to raise them.
Can you help explain the purpose of marriage according to the bible?
Apart from God: "all the people did whatever seemed right in their own eyes" (Judges 17:6) This was a recipe for disaster.Dennis Prager explains God's will in life and marriage...
God made them two so He could join them back together again and unite them as one. This is to serve as an example of how God wants to be united with us. We are told that Jesus is the Groom and we are the Bride. Can you help explain the purpose of marriage according to the bible?
um dont you read your Bible? we all need God.Sometimes i am blown away by the misinformation presented. Some people really take scripture and twist it in ways i cant even fathom.
Lol everyone is weak, married or not. I mean come on, do you really thing another flawed person with a flawed person some how equals better. No sorry thats not the case. some people will never marry as thats god will, so somehow they are weak? what kind ot twisted viewpoint is that. I mean seriously you gotta reach out side of the bible pretty hard to come to this view point.
You are correct n saying that God must be at the center of marriage or it won't work.um dont you read your Bible? we all need God.
If you marry that doesnt make you somehow better. Marriages still need God at the centre otherwise they dont work. If you are single that means you still need God too. But you are probably better able to cope being single, though Paul boasted of his weakness...not his strength, why because he needed God.

You have a twisted view point. Not once did I say you don't need God. I'm not sure where you read that in my post. You obviously need to stop reading between lines that aren't there. You straight up said men are weak and that's why we need marriage. It actually takes a significantly stronger person not to marry than to marry. You got some twisted view points.
