I'm coconut water.
According to nutritionadvance.com, "Coconut water is a kind of unusual drink in that it doesn’t really belong to any category: it’s not fruit juice, and it’s not water."
Young coconut water is THE best.
It's sooo sweet.
Did you know that coconut water was successfully used as IV fluids a long time ago. Don't try this at home, but it was compatible with blood.

I'm not saying you're a vegetarian vampire or anything though.

LOL. My dad relayed to me an account of his paratrooper buddy who got stranded behind enemy lines with nothing but coconuts to sustain him for long enough to create in him an adamant aversion to coconuts. But I've kept this in mind when I find myself run down with fatigue that I reach for a coconut water rather than a Gatorade bottle and it's always done well to restore my vitality.

However, be careful mixing too much coconut oil with subhumanoid al, otherwise known as coffee, the combination is an extremely effective laxative. ppphoot!

You could use that to take challenges to the next level. Drink a tall glass right before you start an escape game.

That's a cool story. Those coconuts probably saved his life.
Coconut is a hundred times better than Gatorade.
I just had the MTC Oil aka coconut oil in my coffee earlier. That with lots of fresh ginger. Tastes great!
I tried coconut water in coffee once and it just wasn't my cup of tea. Any other way is about as good a treat as I've ever found. I'm thinking of adding the meat to my rice later. The flour is good too. It makes my gluten allergy not such a big deal. Have you ever used the meat in recipes?

Coconut rice is a good compliment to savory shrimp dishes. Raw coconut oil/butter in coffee is really good, you just have to 'regulate' yourself. I found the second cup to be one too many, but it was so yummy.
I purchased a bag of shredded coconut meat intending to use it one way or another. My initial thought was to roll rice dough balls stuffed with mung bean in it, sprinkle them with sugar and eat them chilled. The other alternative is to roll them in sesame seeds and deep fry them, but glutinous rice flour is needed. decisions, decisions.

Oh my!
I am so hungry now. 😋
You remind me of the China Buffet that closed when the Covid scare hit. I haven't been to one since then. I'm going to have to find a recipe. I like all those things you just mentioned.

Me neither. Although buffets like the Golden Corral have rebounded, it seems that Chinese buffets haven't been able to recover. And although our local Thai restaurant reopened, for lack of available help only takeout is available. So, I've taken it upon myself to learn the techniques of the cuisine rather than take it for granted that I'll be able to find a place, short of moving to California, that serves those items I've missed.

I used to be called "sassafras" when I was younger, which I now see is a main ingredient in root beer. Root beer is also a go to drink of mine, and that may be because common ingredients are cinnamon and cassia, two of my favorite scents which happen to be of the same genus 'Cinnamomum'. I'd always thought that all root beers were caffeine free and choose it when I want to break from caffeine but favored Barq's for some reason. Now I realize it's probably because Barq's contains 1.8mg of caffeine per fluid ounce.

It's probably a lot healthier making your own too.

I would either be a Cinnamon Coke or a Cherry Coke maybe even a mixture of the two. Spicy, fruity and wide awake.
