THIS! Is probably very high on my list of reason why there are some Christian Women I have ignored.

I know a girl is dateable when she, a checker in the grocery store, takes a sincere/obvious interest in what I'm buying and she begins to talk about the salsa I got and that it is her favorite, too. True story.

Now, if ONLY I'd asked her out OK, yes, I'm sad, too But, the Lord leads, that's the good news of that bad-ending story

Regardless of going out with a girl again, I think, it's a nice gesture to kiss her on the cheek and say 'thank you for a nice night.' I think, there's way to not enough of chivalry and that's what that is, it's not saying you're into them , in fact, it might be saying just the opposite, but, a hug is good and a kiss is better at the end of a first date, as long as it's done politely, gentlemanly, and, with no ulterior motives.

I think, whether you like a girl or not, you should tell them after the first date. Don't just kiss them on the cheek and leave, but, let them know that you had a good time but weren't feeling a chemistry or a bonding or a potential. Or, kiss them on the cheek and say 'I'll be seeing you sooner than later, OK?" She should say , "K."
And, you should say, "I'll call you tomorrow."

Then, you call her tomorrow. Don't do that and you should get a karate chop, and, if no one else is around to do it, let me know, and, i will use some of my airlines miles to fly over there and flatten ya

The peck on the cheek is either going to be followed by words, 'I'll call you tomorrow,' or, it won't be followed by anything. The cheek kiss is a 'nice gesture,' that's all I'm saying. IF a girl goes out on a date with you and you, two, obviously had a good time, whether it was chemistry or friendship only, there is a enough of a reason to kiss her goodnight (on the cheek) regardless of how serious you see the relationship going.
