So you do agree that NT saving faith and faithing is " a personal surrender to Him and a life inspired by such surrender? "

This is done daily, all day long if needed?

It involves 95% courage, 4% endurance, and 1% everything else. This is work and effort.

Many people accuse me of a works based salvation, work and effort is a part of faith and faithing, but not to be confused with the finished work of Christ.

Are we on the same pace?
I see the true work is the response to Faith in the risen Son given one by Father
I receive, faith, belief, trust to Daddy by the done work of Son for the entire world of people. And just love as Christ did first, thanks
thank you seeing this from your view in trust to Father, and Son, getting led new by Father in the same love and mercy given by Son first

Can I ask you a question? This is not meant to be disparaging but is English your first language? Maybe it's me but I struggle to fully understand what you're saying. If it's not that's ok because your English is better than my (fill in the blank) as I only speak English and even that is tenuous at times.

I don't see ua as recieving saving faith. We are given the ability to respond with saving faith. What is given to us that is mandatory is the call of the Father.

We then choose to respond with a personal surrender to Him and a life inspired by such surrender. The fulfilling of that surrender is a daily faithing to Him. The life we live, in spired by that surrender takes work and effort . The effort and choosing a surrendered life at the beginning if accepted by Him, will lead to His Spirit and mind being put inside us.

At that point, we are still choosing to surrender daily and making all the daily decisions supporting the fact we really do consider our lives to be His now. This takes work and effort, but is slowly grafted together with His Spirit.

If we choose to stop faithing, a personal surrender to Him and a life inspired by such surrender, everything stops.

So we're looking at one of the deep paradoxical truths of His word. It's not all of Him, and it's certainly not all of us.

English is my only language, and I am not well at expressing it well. I do the best I can!

Father, and risen Son loves everybody. As I am seeing you know this in you too.
We both are learning truth over errors in this world we are in and not a part of anymore from Father's view to us both and many others also.

So, here we all are on Christian Chat learning. Not here to fight or argue between one another or even become a group over others either, at least me.

I just share this love and mercy of God Father given by Son as now risen after he went to a one time willing death first to reconcile everyone as if never sinned. As stated in 2 Cor 5:17-21, Col 1:21-23 to me at least.

God simply loves us all as in 1 John 2:1-27. Those that get revealed this from Father leave sin over time in learning new from Father, and agree to leave sin behind them. We grow up into maturity and stop 1 Cor 3 letter from Paul, that Paul told them about to please see to stop arguing and fighting over things here on earth.

God's love and mercy is for us all to stand in belief to it and not leave it, even if we fail to do it, time and time again. we learn not to sin and continue in learning this truth, that fro some takes longer than others, at least me

thank you

yes a growing up is needed Hebrews 5:12-6:3 Will, does God permit this? Yes and No! What?

If I ask God for this gift of new life in eternity and I do not care about others. only caring for the here and now. Will God give me the real fruit Jesus the Son from the tree of life?

Would you, knowing there is an enemy in your camp?

God does desires for no one to perish and continues in mercy love and truth, no matter what others do or not do. Because God is love true Love of 1 Cor 13:4-7. And this loves goes on forever 1 Cor 13:13
God imputes this love into those that are sincere and prove that when go through tragedies and still will not deny God at all.
Which does not mean one, anyone will never feel like denying God over troubles going on or have gone on and might happen still in any future event. A great example is the book of Job to me from God for us all.
Which I myself have gone through my own adversities and stand to not deny God at all Col 1:23 seeing. verse 21-22 first

Oh and is it God that knows who are who and what is what, Romans 8. I see to work out my own salvation between God and me first. trusting God to reveal the truth to me over me and anyone else.
I am here learning g from God through others and not condemning anyone one. that God will do when God says so. As God knows all truth, I can now rest in thankfulness, and so can everyone else in belief to God too

Yes, I am a practicing Christian.
Are you? Or are you in a gathering information mode to see if it's something you want to pull the trigger on?

And the evidence I am a Christian is that I believe the following teachings of Christ:
  1. There is a/one all-loving and just Lord or Creator God (Deut. 6:4, John 3:16, 2Thes. 1:6), who loves sinful humanity (Rom. 5:6-8, John 3:16) and who is both able (2Tim. 1:12) and willing (1Tim. 2:3-4, Ezek. 33:11) to provide all morally accountable human beings salvation or heaven—a wonderful life full of love, joy and peace forever.
  2. Human beings are selfish or sinful (Rom. 3:23, 2Tim. 3:2-4, Col. 3:5), miserable (Gal. 5:19-21), and hopeless (Eph. 2:12) or hell-bound at the judgment (Matt. 23:33 & 25:46) when they reject God’s salvation (John 3:18, Rom. 2:5-11).
  3. Jesus is God’s Messiah/Christ and incarnate Son, the way that God has chosen (John 3:16, Acts 16:30-31, Phil. 2:9-11) of providing salvation by means of his atoning death on the cross for the payment of the penalty for the sins of humanity (Rom. 3:22-25 & 5:9-11), followed by his resurrection to reign in heaven (1Cor. 15:14-28).
  4. Thus, every person who hears the NT Gospel needs to repent and accept God’s grace or justification in Jesus as Christ/Messiah the Lord or Supreme Commander (Luke 2:11, John 14:6, Acts 16:31), at which moment God’s loving Holy Spirit of Christ indwells/baptizes the believer into the church (Rev. 3:20, Rom. 5:5, 1Cor. 12:13).
  5. Loving Christ Jesus as Lord (Luke 2:11), God the Son (Matt. 16:16) or God in the human dimension (Col. 2:9) means reflecting divine love (DL) as empowered by the Holy Spirit, thereby obeying His command to love one another (Matt. 7:21, 22:37-40, John 13:35, Rom. 13:9)—forever (Matt. 10:22, Psa. 113:2), which will eventually achieve spiritual maturity on earth and heaven after Christ returns at God’s resurrection (John 14:6, 17&26, Rom. 8:6-17, Gal. 6:7-9, Eph. 1:13-14, Phil. 3:12-16, Heb. 10:36, 12:1, Jam. 1:2-4).

Ok. Then the problem is with my understanding but I just don't always know what you're talking about.

I'll take some responsibility for that, and is the exact reason I'm not one of the gifted teachers . But I do have something to say about Faith and faithing. If you have any questions about faith, I'm confident I can help you in that area.

I think I have the faith issue pretty well settled. The faithing idea is interesting but I think it suffices for me to call it works. Thanks though

I agree that saving faith is not mere belief (Jam. 2:19), but I think it is more accurate to view faith as will to action (MFW)
or motivation rather than the action or work itself (Heb. 4:12-13).

"Although we can trust the scriptures in English, it's also of value to discover the deeper meanings of key words throughout scripture in contrast to Westernized Christianity."

Then you post a video as some say AI. And this "Scriptures in English".. then go look up the org Hebrew/Greek and find what was being said. Yet we can back up we have the sweet sweet holy Spirit within us that leads and guides us into all truth. This will be good.. can we not just ask Him when we get stuck? Back to AI.. Sorry I do not watch AI made videos there is no life in them them most (of what I have seen) hide who they are where they are and Church? NO clue and like all ask for money. So much is being said that is not scripture.

We now live in a age of grace which is about to close.. that who so ever believes in Yeshua/Jesus Christ shall not die but have ever lasting life. The Gospel.. its good news. We talk about faith yet we do not believe. Well He said it.. He gives it.. a gift... will He not finish what He started in us? It.. just read it and believe. These signs shall follow them that believe. The 1st was shall cast out demons....speak with new tongues lay hands on the sick they shall recover. As far as I know demons have no flesh and body and can not be killed (spirit) so what they went and hid? No they are all still out there and most of us do what about it? "I don't believe" so that makes them not real I guess. Speak with new tongues. Well for me that is not new worldly languages I can speak a few words in maybe four worldly languages but lol that is not what He meant as far as I know. So I am thinking Luke 11:13 spirit filled.. as our elder bother Peter said you shall receive the give of the holy ghost.

Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. <--that one .. lol when I was so young.. not a easy family life... school what I held on to and all I knew was this GOD I believed in said "and nothing shall by any means hurt you". I told Him.. so many times.. you promised. I just believed no matter what I saw what I felt no matter what so and so said.. I stood and stand and then standing on what He said. That right there is faith and works. I do not just believe .. I act on what He said He will do. Then we have helping people.... in any way we do and then giving anything our time all that kindness. Those are works.. they just follow us and me.. I do not like saying "ooh one day I will get a reward for this" I have joked about that yet.. never ever do I do anything to get a reward or its worthless for me if I that is my thinking.

I have not see such great faith no not in all Israel. When He said all He meant all and not one of the 12 which were always with Him. And we think we have faith? Each a measure of faith. Yet do you have work it or not? Or God just gives people more then others? No.. faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of GOD. Questioning and doubting will get you nothing ever time. Only one time in my life I remember questioning what He told me to do. He said "RUN" I thought.. run? Why I am not scared. He came right back with "When God tells you to do something you don't question it you do it" To that I smiled and said "yes sir". I wish my whole life was like that one moment but.. we all fall get up dust off keep going. So His promises are like that. You don't question them wonder you just do it. Take ISA 41 10... Its a promise do you believe or not? Is it for you or just them back then OT? Was He out side of time when He said it and meant it to all that will believe. Some day you need to get alone and wait.. and wait and wait on Him. He will always back up what He says by His word.

It is will to action and intent is known only to the individual and God but ultimately salvation is God's gift to grant to whomever he wishes. I have never suggested works save us.

In my studies I have come to understand that the problem here is from the human side. In essence, the "law" tells us that when we have things right, this is how we will behave. We humans have twisted that into, this is how you behave to get things right. We put the cart before the horse and so distort the entire message, possibly due to some demon whispering in people's ears several centuries, if not millennia ago.

Is the behavior, when we have things right, a choice or is it a result? When people have things right do they no longer sin?

I agree God is free to grace salvation to whomever He wills, which is every sinner per 1Tim. 2:3-4, IF they repent/seek/will to cooperate.

So you decide who God can grant salvation to?

Is the behavior, when we have things right, a choice or is it a result? When people have things right do they no longer sin?
Certainly, when people finally get things right, they will not sin. However, until we FULLY healed of sin, which will not happen in our current physical bodies, we will continue to sin. We will not fully get things right until God has fully healed us

So is Paul a liar in Rom. 7:14-24.

It's called sanctification, and separation from our sinful nature's. Paul described it perfectly there.

But you have to be aware of the deeper paradoxical truths in Gods word to understand it.

Certainly, when people finally get things right, they will not sin. However, until we FULLY healed of sin, which will not happen in our current physical bodies, we will continue to sin. We will not fully get things right until God has fully healed us
So if I understand you correctly when people "finally get things right" they never do again and works no longer become a choice?

Well, it sounds like you are calling John a liar, see 1 John 1:8. But what Paul says in Romans 7 is fully compatible with my observations. We are forgiven by God, yet we continue to struggle with sin until we are ultimately perfected by God's actions, not our own.

But then one needs to know both the English language and the scriptures to see these points rather than to misinterpret and suggest that someone is making Paul out to be a liar
