I'm curious from the members on this forum because if we are waiting for our Lord and Savior Jesus to return how would we know? If Jesus was standing right in front of you, how would you know? How will you make sure you don't slam the door in his face? What would you ask him to confirm he is in fact Jesus?

"YO!...BRO!.... What ya want on yer Tombstone?
(a brand of frozen pizza)

Seriously though! Your spirit within you, would be hard pressed to stay within yer chest, whilst the rest of you, would literally MELT, into a quivering "blob" of protoplasm! And?....You would find it impossible to even reach for a door TO slam!

Interesting... Mostly everyone seems to agree that one will just "know" and or "feel" it. I'm sure the Israelites at the 1st coming thought the same thing. That didn't pan out so great for them.

In Lk 18:8 Jesus asks if he would find faith on earth when he returns. If it was as simple as one would just "know/feel" it, why would Jesus say this? Why would he say the end times will be like Noah? Only 8 people were saved at this time.

I'm not asking for your opinions (although your free to give them) I'm asking for an explanation according to the Bible.

Well that verse doesn't say anything about the second coming, it's about the faith the size of a mustard seed.

Jesus was saying the end days would be evil as in the days of Noah.

Actually, Jesus is alive and well inside each one of us. Are we listening to him?

I want to hear the OP answer his own question....

or, at least clarify it.

At first, you seem to want to know what we would ask Jesus, if we knew it was him. Then you seem to shift gears and say that we might not know it was him.

Please clarify, and give YOUR response to your question...

The OBJECT of our faith saves us the moment we trust In Christ.

So The Lord Jesus Christ is not asking," Will he find saved people on earth when He returns." He will find many saved people on earth when He returns, It's just that their faith went cold.

Their were 8 people who were physically saved in the flood. That is not saying that none of those who physically died in the flood were not saved. Many believers are physically killed(sin unto death), and their spirit will live.

Well?....When Jesus was sent here the first time? He came as "messenger/servant", and, in this "title" would be very easily dismissed, and was, by what Judaism had become. To the point, that "they" wanted Him DEAD!

When The Father sends Jesus back? He'll be in the "title" of Conqueror, and Inheritor of this planet!
When He comes back with a SHOUT....and GREAT GLORY! Where EVERY knee WILL bow, and EVERY tongue WILL CONFESS Him! What THAT event MIGHT feel like? Was in my first posting.

It is like being a combat veteran, trying to describe to a civilian, what a "war zone" is like. NO WORDS can accurately describe it! Whereas, a combat veteran describing a war zone to another combat veteran? NO WORDS....are necessary!

If you've never been "convicted", and/or "visited"? You wouldn't be asking this! Furthermore, should you be think you are? TEST THE SPIRIT! The Father will NEVER put "something" on ya, ya can't handle, OR, some way you can get out of it! THAT'S....a Promise, you can take to the bank!

I would thank Him for sacrificing Himself to take away our sin and for all that He's done and taught us, and ask Him to help me to do His will and help me lead others to do His will as well.

What's for dinner?
I always start out with a Healthy Choice Sweet and Spicy Orange Zest Chicken dinner with a glass of skim milk. Then I have a bowl of Shredded Wheat, unless I already had a bowl of Cheerios after lunch. Later I'll have a bowl of Cheerios, unless I already had it. Then I'll have as much toast and peanut butter as I want.

JESUS said that the words he spoke were Spirit and Life. Are we looking for manifestation of the flesh that we can see or are we living by the faith of JESUS,JESUS the vine and we are the branches receiving nutrients from the vine and displaying the spiritual fruit.

What is the spiritual fruit you are displaying?

The difference between the 2 is that the flood was caused by the True God and the murder of the prophets and disciples were by wicked people. The people who died in the flood were wicked as well. Wicked people don't go to heaven.

Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight and was full of violence. God saw how corrupt the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways. So God said to Noah, “I am going to put an end to all people, for the earth is filled with violence because of them. I am surely going to destroy both them and the earth.
Genesis 6:11*-‬13 NIV

Keywords "In God's sight". Our own personal perspectives don't matter considering God and his word.

how did your Father stop the sun for a day?
how big was the biggest giant?
KJV only?
where is the ark of the covenant?
where was the garden?
whats were the pyramids for?

Finally, someone who took the question seriously.

How would you know those answers are right though? I mean anyone can answer those questions, the point is prove he is in fact Jesus, right?

He stay with me all the time and I don't need to ask him KJVJohn14;23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words; and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
