Right now I am missing some expensive tools, such as my carving knife. I can't find it anywhere. It costed me $30.00

As a single guy I have lots of random stuff all over the house in random places. It is all there because either I found it convenient to stash it there or I was to indolent to put it away. Probably the former.

But as a single guy, all of it is exactly where I want it and if you move any of it I will be completely lost and never be able to find it. Leave it alone.

I think I will pass on dark places around my house. We raised three boys, a daughter, and three grand children, and had several teenagers around until a few years ago. I don't smell anything from the rooms, so I'll leave the contents for them to discover after we are gone.

In my car time to time, a sandstorm and a possibility to make a diy fur coat out of my dogs hair she has kindly donated.


Also was a glass bottle (wide bottleneck) in the attic where an unfortunate mouse had went to spent its last days..

Mice do hide well. Traps are good if you dont mind resetting time and again. Poison is more efficent ( where there is one there are more). And you get to track down the dead mouse smell that you may never find. 😂
