Do you prepare trout often? Cause if not that would be a lesson by itself. I butterfly mine & scale it toast iy skin side down w/bacon grease to prevent the meat from drying out while the skin get's smokey & crispy. salt, lemon pepper. Maybe some chips & beer.

Aldis is my mom’s favorite store, when I go visit them...she always takes me there to show me all their new stuff. So, I always have to take a cooler when I go and see them! Those chocolate marshmallow cookies are so good and their Mussells!

Milk at my mom’s aldi is like $1.82 or something! I wish there was one close to me.

Aldis is right avross from Sam's club, Wal mart & my bank 1 bus ride. Jewel, what your talking about is gormet style, I talkin' bput camp fire style. With the perforated pan tge smoke will penatrate better and the fish won't be swimming in grease.
If your not crazy about fish don't get muscles!

Yes, mussels are super ocean tasting....but, I love to dip French bread in the base sauce. Like tomato garlic!!

In spicy [I don't mean hot] tomato broth? If so I know what you mean, throw in some oysters, calimari, octopus and scallops, Green onions or leeks on the side. I'll remember the name and wake up with it later.:LOL: In spanish it's pie-A-ah, [can't spell it] or 7 seas.
That'll get your motor goin'.
