I ate a spinach frozen smoothy from Vitamix demo at Costco today and it was so good I almost bought the blender. 500 bucks ...yikes.
 
Salmon - rice pilaf - tomatoes - dark chocolate covered blueberries.

Could not take a picture because it just would not stay on my plate long enough.
 
A 2000 calorie/ 20 oz shake.
Vanilla flavored.

Wild, right? Doesn't seem possible?
Apparently its made for people who are looking to gain some serious weight, .........even on their ear lobes.
 
I was at a cookout, hot dog with chili, green beans and deviled eggs and some mixed fruits for dessert.

I'm surprised Melita haven't replied...lol
 
some canned re-fried beans with low-fat ritz crackers. single dudes eat weird things!!!
 
My fave- lettuce, strawberries and blueberries. And soon to be more frozen grapes. Lol

I forgot to post the picture. I made it for my Grandma's memorial service yesterday. I am actually known for my potato salad and it didn't turn out like I wanted it too, but it was a huge hit.
