Where should I be looking for groups that might be more attractive to the 20s and 30s crowd?

Like even if the group in question doesn't specify an age range, what are Christians in their 20s / 30s usually doing to meet new people, assuming they have some free time to do so?

Not everyone has that much free time, but those people wouldn't be in a group anyway, because they don't have time. That would leave the ones that do have time to attend.

Romantically speaking the best place to meet that special someone you are looking for is in the workplace. Or you may just bump into this special person in the produce section at Walmart as you thump the honeydew melons to see which one is ripe.

Of course, if you just want to meet a bunch of people perhaps after a church service doing the coffee donut fellowship.

In the course of a day, I meet many people. After a while I feel totally drained. Apparently, I place a high premium on having peace and quiet.

Think about what type of person you would want to date and what hobbies that person might have and then do them lol join a hiking group or book club, go to a group training session at the gym, etc. whatever it is, just be yourself and make it known that you are a follower of Christ first thing, pray that the right person will show up and they will at the right time, but make an effort, too.

I met my girlfriend (who lived in Oregon at the time, me in Indiana) through a Christian artist group, something we were both interested in already. From there we co-op played through Halo games, spent a long time talking, Visited each other, etc. but I was one of those people that thought that I would never end up in a relationship. The Lord knows the desires of your heart better than you do, brother. He also knows what you need as well better than you do. Trust in him and honor him in everything you do and the right girl will find you.

"Run as fast as you can toward Christ and if someone shows they can keep up with you, Introduce yourself."

Whenever I've searched for answers to questions like this the answers are always the same, "volunteer, take a cooking class, friend of a friend, join a club." I'm not sure how helpful these answers actually are since I haven't put them into practice -- I don't want to take a cooking class lol. BUT I think the main point is to go wherever people are. Do you have any hobbies? Let's pretend you're into horses, then joining an equestrian club would hook you up with other horse loving people. If you love to read, then join a book club. Pretty obvious, right? But that's what google keeps telling me.

As far as looking for other Christians, then Christian events and places are going to give you the best chance of meeting other believers. Does your church, if you have one, have any groups? Bible studies, small groups, age specific groups? Would you be open to looking into other churches' mid week meetings? If your church doesn't have any options for meeting friends, it's okay to go and find a young adults group at another church. *I'm not saying to leave your church, just check out what they're offering.*
How about Christian conferences? There are hundreds, sometimes even thousands of people at those conferences.
In all my years, whether I was a kid or teen or adult, the only place I've met other Christians is through church and church events.

My church is about to have a church carnival that sounds fun, but I'm not sure if I'll be going yet. I will see if other members of my small group are going or maybe invite a friend from another church. I'm introverted and could go check it out by myself and get some food, but I don't think I'd meet anyone new that way. Maybe just bump into some people I already know and say hi. Possibly join them if they're not with their families or significant other etc. That's awkward too when they're a boyfriend/girlfriend or husband/wife/family since that would be like intruding on their couple/family time. Like nice to see you, bye! lol
