God stated He created Adam and Eve after the 7th day. God made man on the 6th day also. And It is more possible that he went to the land, named by people already, and took a wife from people living there in that area...Open up your bible and read it yourself.
This is not what it says. It only says that he went to the land of Nod and that it was there that his wife conceived. It does not say that he found a wife in Nod. The implication of the text is that he was already married when he went to Nod.
"Then Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and settled in the land of Nod, east of Eden. Cain had relations with his wife and she conceived, and gave birth to Enoch."
The fact is, Adam and Eve could have had dozens of children. We know from Genesis 5:4 that "the days of Adam after he became the father of Seth were eight hundred years, and he had other sons and daughters." Since we are not told in what order these other children were born, it is possible that they could have had daughters even before Cain and Able were born. This is not the only time we find marriage between siblings. Remember, Abraham married his half sister and this was about 2000 years after the time of Cain and Able. Since Gen. 3:20 calls Eve the "mother of all living," we know that all human life issued from her.
