I know this position might sound weak, because it has pretty much ran it's course with non-believers, that they naturally would counter with the argument that it is "mindless" or "naive".
But I think it's a good argument that we can use to ourselves as believers...
Here's the opinion:
"If it was important, God would have told us."
Or, maybe He does with the Holy Spirit to some people.
I can't make that claim for myself, I have no decided theory where they came from.
But I entertain all possibilities, that He
Might have created them later and seperately and it just didn't get recorded.
Or "Adam" might refer to the first falling single man of an already multiplied "Adam" of mankind.
Or that they married their sisters out of an initial necessity, which later was designated as taboo.
Or who knows.
For me, it's some unknown seed I found laying around, planted, just letting nature take care of it's germination, with no idea whether or when it will ever sprout or what it will grow into, grass, a bush, a tree, etc.
I can say this with confidence though, all names in the bible have meanings that are crucial to understanding the story, and in this case, we are not even given her name, so it "doesn't matter" but would be "awesome to know"
...but where did the wife come from...?

Anyone saying he married his sister is lying to you. Because, that is Not written. We have more evidence for what is written, and to go on that, then, just ignoring what is written. Lets read what is written.
If you think its the same day, and you ignore that, even though it expressly gives you different days to read there.
See that on the 6th day, no husbandman is mentioned. But only hunters and fishers.
But if you read Adam is described as a husbandman . A tiller of the soil. so you have more proof of him being a different from those on the 6th day if some one wanted to claim something different then whats written there. then they are not going to according what is written, and rather what is Not written. read it yourself.
If there were another group of people that were made on the sixth day, then they wouldn't have no part of Adam's sin, they'll be still in the Garden.
Genesis 19:37The older daughter had a son, and she named him Moab; he is the father of the Moabites of today.
Ruth 1:4They married Moabite women, one named Orpah and the other Ruth. After they had lived there about ten years,
