Whether you live or die is in your tongue.
There is no disease or sickness in the whole world that can kill you. Whether you live or die depend on what you are saying. Life and die are in your mouth.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof (Proverbs 18:21).

GOD ALMIGHTY our Glorious FATHER lamented and said, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. The ‘gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken. I said, You are ‘gods’; you are all sons of the Most High. But you will die like mere mortals; you will fall like every other ruler (Hosea 4:6 and Psalms 82:5-7).”
Now you can see why Children of GOD are suffering and been destroyed. They know nothing, they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness. When you don’t know the Truth (the WORD OF GOD), you are working in darkness. For the LORD said, “You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32).
Surround yourself with the right information, and that can only be gotten from GOD’S WORD. Make a conscious decision to study and meditate on the WORD; let the WORD OF GOD dwell in you richly. Discipline yourself to keep listening to the WORD OF GOD, day in, day out; and speak the WORD in all situation.

HOLY SPIRIT, thank You LORD for your WORD which gave birth to us your Children.
Thanks,
JESUS IS LORD.

I agree with everything you said except im a little hesitant about the disease and sickness part. Sickness and disease does kill us. It does not care what you keep saying to yourself or to anybody else. If you drink a bottle of poison right now, I'm sorry but you will not be able to "talk" your way out of it. This verse has more of a spiritual context. You can speak death to yourself or someone else through negativity. A person who always talk down to someone, make fun of them, discourage them from good things , etc. You can literally ruin a person day, ruin a person for years, or perhaps push a person to suicide. Likewise you can speak life into someone with positive things. Telling a person they look good does wonders for some people, or continual encouragement. To my knowledge this is more of what this verse speaks of. If we literally had the power to speak life or death no body would die lol Or perhaps more people would be dead because someone was angry and spoke "death" on someone. The power to speak true life and death is only reserved for God. That's the power He used in speaking the world into existence. We don't have that.

However, there is something to be said by convincing yourself of something and believing it so much that it has a physical impact on your body. Scientist proved that with experiences like the placebo effect. But overall we don't have that much power to just speak it and it will be.

A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit (Proverbs 15:4).

A fool's mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul (Proverbs 18:7).

JESUS CHRIST my Blessed and Glorious LORD said, "For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned (Matthew 12:37-39)."
