Hi there!

In order to understand if we as humans were or will become angels, we need to first know what the soul is. One scripture I'd like to share with you is:

Genesis 2:7 - "God proceeded to form the man out of dust from the ground and to blow into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man came to be a living soul."

Notice that this doesn't say that man was given a soul but that he became a soul, a living person. So we as living humans are a soul. There is no separation as many people believe. A few other scriptures that show this are:

Psalm 146:4 - "His spirit goes out, he returns to the ground; on that very day his thoughts do perish.

Ecclesiastes 9: 5,10 - "The living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all... Whatever your hand finds to do, do with all your might, for there is no work nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom in the Grave, where you are going."

So these verses are showing us our condition when we die. If our soul continued on after death it wouldn't make sense for the scriptures to say "our thoughts perish" or "the dead know nothing at all". However, then it might sound depressing. The thought would be, "Well if people simply fall asleep in death along with their soul, what hope is there?" I'd like to share these encouraging verses with you in conclusion.

John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."

Acts 24:15 "There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

The scriptures talk about a time when all those who have passed will be resurrected. But not resurrected to heaven, rather, here on earth forever in paradise conditions as God originally intended it to be when he created the first man and woman.

Psalm 37:29 - "The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it."

Isaiah 35:5,6- "At that time the eyes of the blind will be opened, and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. 6- At that time the lame will leap like the deer, and the tongue of the speechless will shout for joy. For waters will burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert plain.

Revelation 21:3,4 - With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: "Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4- And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.

This is clearly misinterpretation of the Bible. You have to study more about the word of God and listen to your pastor or those ahead of you. The bible says "WE are Spirit,We have a soul, and live a body". Don't ever insult God by saying you're a soul because you're not a soul. We are created after God's own image so we are "Spirit" since He is a "Spirit". If you keep saying nonsense that we are a "soul" then you are also saying that God is a soul.

If there are three archangels, and scripture ties Gabriel to The Holy Spirit....and Michael to The Son....then that leaves Satan as being tied to The Father....right?

An archangel with each Person of the Holy Trinity.

I also read that from derek prince's book, indeed pretty interesting info, who knows if it's possible. But im not saying like that, still im relying on what has been written in the bible.

Technically, Gabriel is never described as an archangel....He's called the leader of the seraphim. It's logically argued that makes him an archangel.

LoL there's no verse that said that...Gabriel is the leader of the seraphims? What bible is that? LoL.....Seraphims are always present in front of the throne of God worshiping, while gabriel is in-charge especially the safety of israel.

the angel says he is a fellow of John, of John's brothers (John being a Jew and the prophets also being Jews) the prophets, and of those that keep the sayings of the book. a fellow in service, not in race. he says "fellowservant" - not "fellow man"

these all share a fellowship because they are all servants. it is like Barnabas and Paul telling the people of Lystra (Acts ch. 14) that 'we are men just like you' -- the angel is saying 'i am a servant just like you - don't worship me; worship God'

You might want to be careful of deceptive translations. Use the King James Bible only and the original unmodified Strongs Concordance.

There is no reason for the angel to add 'and of thy brethren the prophets' unless he is specifically pointing out his affiliation.
'I am thy fellow servant' would have been sufficient. Take a look at the word 'and', it does not mean 'like', it means 'and'.

Derek Prince was a self confessing fraud on his death bed and his books on topics like this and demons stray far from the word of God. He also taught that a blood bought, spirit filled Christian can be possessed by demons and so can unborn babies in the womb. He stated that Christians are powerless against Demons and evil spirits. All his writings an doctrine suggest that the work on the Cross was not enough to save you.

The guy made a fortune on so called "deliverance" ministry and then others followed him and spread a lot of false doctrine around about Angels and Demons and evil spirits. His deliverance methods also violate how Jesus delivered the demoniac and people from evil spirits. According to Derek it would take hours and days to combat the powers of darkness...Jesus did it in seconds. I do believe in deliverance ministry and believe we have the authority to deal with the demonic today through the Name of Jesus.

If a person is mean, they are mean spirited. If a person drinks a bottle of spirits (wine), their personality changes. Their personality is their spirit.
It's like a piece of rubber. The rubber is the soul and how flexible it is would be the spirit.
At the end of this age when JESUS returns, we will all be changed from these flesh bodies into a perfect spirit body that is incorruptable in the twinkling of an eye. It is called a spirit body, but it holds the soul and spirit just like these flesh bodies hold the soul and spirit now.

It was supposed to read, "cant we be in the Spirit and have a soul and a body"? (which we can be) as Paul likewise tells us. As we can be in the Spirit and not be in the flesh after a spiritual truth (over a carnal one)
