Who can I contact about registration issues?

The site owner does not live in the US, and since you just joined yesterday, I'm not surprised that he has not yet responded.
 
The mods are few and grossly outnumbered. If you're looking to cancel your account, the best option is to just walk away.
 
Ooops! My bad; I only glanced at it, and only noted the day. I had already notified the mods anyway, but they'll likely wait for the administrator to deal with the problem, since it's a registration issue.

Based on the fact that you have been on site for over a year and are currently posting, I would gander to say that you don't have registration problems as your title implies.

At any rate, I'm assuming that you've attempted to contact Admin via the "contact us" tab which is quite literally the worst way to get a hold of anyone here. That box (since it's accessible to non-registered users) gets spammed by trolls, banned users, etc. in which case usually RoboOp is at least a week or more behind on it.

Drop me a CC mail and I should be able to take care of what you need.
