An interesting point I noted on another website. Who sists on the throne Father, Jesus or Holy Spirit?

Rev 4:2 Immediately I was in the Spirit, and behold, a throne was set in heaven, and One sitting upon the throne,

“Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”– Rev. 7:10

Jesus is said to sit on the ‘right hand’ of God – Mark 16:19, Luke 22:69

Where does the Holy Spirit sit?

Can the Throne have 2/3 seats?

Is it possible … that what religion teaches and what and what is formulated in the mind regarding the Holy Spirit … does not line up with what is biblical.

winner indeed

Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”
‭‭John‬ ‭14:23-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.”
‭‭John‬ ‭18:37‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. ….Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:63, 67-69‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

…Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:31-32, 51‬ ‭

“It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:45‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11:27-30‬ ‭

“Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭1:14-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24:14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

There’s one doctrine we need to accept and believe and follow after we are meant to share what’s already been preached by Jesus and his apostles help us understand it better

the Bible leads every reader to Jesus and his doctrine because it’s salvstion if we believe or damnation if we reject it it’s gods sword that’s dividing good and evil

“Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God.

He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:”
‭‭2 John‬ ‭1:9-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We should just be preaching or on other words sharing with other people the gospel of our lord and savior so they can know him also there are four accounts of Jesus life on earth including his ministry his power and miracles , hie personality and attitude towards us sinners who repent d believe in him , the doctrine God said is forever , his suffering and sacrifice for us his resurrection and ascention to Gods right hand

believers are called to spread the gospel Jesus approved and sent into the world for salvstion , but so many have their own brand that’s really opposed to the lords word to the point they explain why Jesus words aren’t for you but there’s are .

Can the Throne have 2/3 seats?
I'm going to address your question, in fact I'm going to address two questions. One, who is sitting on the throne and two, who's is who within the Trinity. I will fist make the following statement, God is never illogical, sometimes He's "a-logical" which means He goes beyond logic.

Now, who is sitting on the throne? Isaiah 6:1, "In the year of King Uzziah's death, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, logty and exalted, with the trail of His robe filling the temple. Vs2, Seraphim stood above Him, each having six wings; with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. Vs3, And one called out to another and said, "Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of host, The whole earth is full of His glory."

The verb Isaiah used for "saw" in 6:1 is (ra 'ah). It refers to the act of seeing in the literal sense, to see with the eyes (as opposed to, for example, "machazeh," which is the act or event of an ecstatic "vision." Now go to the gospel of John at John 12:36-41. I'm only going to quote vs41 where John states, "These things Isaiah said, because he saw His glory, and he spoke of Him." You can read for yourself John 12:36-40.

The point is that Isaiah saw Jesus Christ in His glory. This is in line with what Jesus Himself stated at John 17:5, "And now, Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was." Now think for a second! We know that God the Father is invisible, "whom no man hath seen, nor can see." (1 Timothy 6:16). Even Jesus said His Father cannot be seen at John 5:47 and at John 6:46. Remember, the Son is the image of the invisible God, (Colossians 1:15). There is only ONE time when Isaiah saw someone he, speaking by the Holy Spirit identified as "YHWH" and the Apostle John confirms this fact.

Now, what about "who's who within the Trinity?" Here's the question? Is "God" all three, and who is "His" referring to. There are so many scriptures that only use Lord, God and many other titles referring to God. The answer! Where no distinction is made, it is obviously unnecessary to make a distinction. The persons of the Trinity are persons in relation to each other, and one of the persons in relation to us is simply God. In that there is only One God, if God says to us His glory He will not give to another, that is because there is only One God.

To amplify this: The Holy Spirit is a person in relation to the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit is God in relation to us. If you are in a relationship with the Father/Son/Holy Spirit, then you must be in a relationship with them all, for there is only one God. If you deny one, you deny all. John 5:23, "in order that all may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father, He who does NOT honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him." I hope this helps.

It is God the Father who is always shown as seated on the throne in Heaven.
The Father is shown in art works, but there is not rendition given of Him in the Word, no images whatsoever.
However, reading the Word,, Isaiah 9:6 in particular, we LEARN that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are One. I dare say, they are indivisible.

That is not what the Bible reveals, just your own conclusion. The Bible itself shows that it is God the Father who sits on the throne in Heaven. Believe it.

This is simply not true. If you only pick and choose what you believe from the Word, you are committing apostasy, for Isaiah is definitely a Prophet of our Father, and if he was given to say the Child born of a virgin would be called the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, it is God's Truth, and that is eternal.
I will say that if there is something in the Word we do not yet understand, we should do as did Mary, keep it until we do understand. For me, believing this is by the faith God gives me and to all who believe.. If you have faith, believe, or hold it until you are given to understand, but do not say Isaiah is unlearned or worse yet, a liar.

Yes, Jesus sits at the right hand of the Father at this time.

Colossians 3:1
“If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.”

Luke 22:69
“Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.”

Hebrews 10:12
“But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;”

Mark 16:19
“So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.”

Hi many thanks - just some clarification

1 Timothy1:17 - says God is invisible, not God the Father.

If I understand it right (apologies in advance if I’m wrong) you are saying that - all three sit on the throne as 'one' God - but then you have Jesus often said to sit/stand on the right had side of God/father;

Mark 16:19 After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.

Act 7:55 But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked intently into heaven and saw the glory of God and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.

“Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”– Rev. 7:10

Acts 5:31 God exalted Him to His right hand as Prince and Savior, to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

Etc…

Can Jesus be sitting on the same throne with the Father and also be on the right hand?

Yes, it would also appear to me that Jesus would sit/stand on the right, would that still make Jesus equal?

Why would the HS not have a seat, regardless of it Dwelling?

The Holy Spirit is a SPIRT... He does not have a physical body needing a throne to sit upon..

Jesus is a Prince, a King in waiting. Jesus' throne is an earthly throne in Jerusalem. It is the throne of David. He will reign on the earth from that throne at his second coming. When...then...

Matthew 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

That makes sense - but then what is the Father & Jesus - as God is not a Man?

I would understand 'The Throne' as the seat of God. I’m trying to work out if it’s the Godhead or Father/ Jesus/ HS as many passages say Jesus is on the right had side, so does that make the Father the head/greater etc…
