Where exactly are you "investigating"? I'm guessing you didn't link to a source because you either didn't have one or it was made up.
Here's a snopes.com investigation into this same accusation made against Romney (it turned up false). But if you read the article, you'll find a more important fact -- voter fraud is often caught where it exists. Exit polling is typically checked against the results of a county's tallied votes and where there is a statistically significant difference (usually by more than 5%), an audit is conducted. People who believe in mass voter fraud are people who have no idea how votes are counted, checked, and reported. If there were really a suspicious result, you'd find it in a respectable news source like Reuters rather than a viral e-mail or conspiracy website.
