Jesus spoke all these things to the crowds in parables. He did not tell them anything without using a parable[The book of John has no parables
What??? Jesus didn't speak in the Book of John? Wow!

The three synoptic gospels contain the parables of Jesus. There allegories in the Gospel of John, such as the little stories of the Good Shepherd (John 10:1–5) or the childbearing woman (John 16:21). John includes allegories but no parables.

I've asked God already. The Bible doesn't say the rich man is tormented forever.
Some who claim that parable is not a parable make up some rule that is nowhere found in
Scripture and then pretend we don't believe the Bible when we do not accept their claims.

Allegories? Scripture please.Parable is a short story that teaches a moral or spiritual lesson. ... Allegory is work of art that can reveal a hidden meaning, usually of moral importance. Allergory is a likeness of a real event but not a story being told

It doesn't say he won't be.
If the Bible is silent then you should also be silent. The parable of the rich man and Lazarus isn't suitable to preach eternal torment like you are doing. The passage doesn't support eternal torment or it would say so.

The verse you are quoting out of context only says devil is "tormented day and night forever and ever" not anyone else.

The devil and his angels , the false prophet who is a human and the unbelievers who will also have their part in the lake of fire will be tormented day and night forever. You are ignoring some verses again.

That's a start.
It may take you quite awhile and much introspection to arrive at the answer. But I believe you shall. :)
The Lord wills that none should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9) People will perish and not repent. That means that everything the Lord wills is not done.

Do you agree? If no then why.

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and
my portion forever. Those far from You will surely perish; You destroy all
who are unfaithful to You. But as for me, it is good to draw near to God.
I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may proclaim all Your works.

No, I don't agree. Why? Answer this question.
Do you believe God when he tells you he is Sovereign over his creation? Do you believe God when he tells you all things are predestined, predetermined, according to his will?
What do you think of the import of that message in Matthew 6 that includes this statement: Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven?

Do you imagine it possible that God answers for you, "Yes", to all my questions, per his word, and then says, but not in this case. Or not in that case. Pick whatever case, exception, you want.

All things happen according to God's will. We know this because he tells us so.
Therefore, one has to remember his Book of Eternal Life, aka/ The Lamb's Book of Eternal Life.
Names of all who would be called to be saved, would be saved, by God.
Before he created the world. Think about that for a minute.
God knew the names of those whom he'd save before there was any need for humans to be saved. Because the world wherein the Eden incident occurred had not been created yet.

All things happen according to God's will. By creating The Elect of God, as God did, those names in the book are his. As Jesus told you, no one comes to him but the father God calls them.
If you have one factored absolute that is God's will in action, then the alternate absolute is that by choosing whom he'd save before the world, all others not saved were by his choice too. Simply because they were not those named in his book of eternal life.

And that is what is meant by those whom God means not to perish. And so, they do not.

Have you never read the Bible? Give it a try!
I've read it and it doesn't say what you claim it says.

"Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more." Psalm 104:35.

"Consume them in wrath, consume them, that they may not be." Psalm 59:13.

"The Lord preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy." Psalm 145:20
