Why I might commit Suicide. I am a Christain.

I am 20 years old, and i have depression, have bad OCD, and am living a bad life. You guys will think I am absolutely crazy, but this is what really is going on.

I fear for our future. I fear that one day we will be living in 'avatars' which this website 2045.com is planning to make happen. This is called Trans-humanism. I watched alot of YouTube videos warning about transhumanism, and how they plan to make humans immoral, including to the point of ending death completely. They will succeed, and one day society will look down upon those who not have 'upgraded' to an avatar.

I fear this century so much that taking my own life before technology takes over the world, and transhumanism making dying of natural causes impossible and therefore meeting Jesus and going to heaven which was my life's goals until I heard of Transhumanism..

My mind is overwhelmed and I can not take it anymore. I am sorry to those I offended but i just needed help and the hope to die naturally and meeting Jesus in Heaven one day. Ultimately, I want to live a great life on earth and then die of natural causes and meet Jesus in heaven.

"You are born as a man, you die as a man" a great quote. That's that I want to do, but with technology advancing fast, and people like 2045.com, I might be forced to become immoral as a robot instead of a human, thus never dying and meeting Jesus in Heaven.

Also I would like to point out this: I am not saying I want HUMANITY to die one day of natural causes, I believe in free choice and if they want to live forever in avatar's, it is their decision, not mine. I personally do not know why anyone would live eternally on earth and in space instead of dying and meeting Jesus in heaven one day, but I respect their wishes. All I want is to choose to stay human and die one day, not being forced by society to live forever on earth as an avatar, the advanced robot.

No one will ever convince me to live forever as an avatar. I refuse to upgrade and live as an avatar. I want to stay human and die of natural causes.

That is strange because the new age movement will lead the world to a unified religious system,with an interpretation of the Bible,Islam,and Judaism,to fit that format,and they do not look at Jesus as Lord and Savior,but as an ascended master,and avatar,and believe the man Christ Jesus had the Christ conscience,and that the Christ conscience will collectively come upon all humanity that is in tune with the new age,but this is done by the power of nature according to them.

Which there is no power through nature to do such a thing,and a lot of people are getting carried away in what mankind can do,and this technology has people's heads all abuzz,thinking mankind can do great things they cannot do,and they will advance even more.

But mankind can only do so much in the intellect department,and can only work with the materials they have on earth,and there is no power through nature.

Like people that think mankind in the future will be like Star Trek,zipping around space at warp speed,but they cannot,for mankind can only advance so much,and work with the materials it has,and it does not help that the new age movement believes that the mind creates reality greater than the world of sense,for they will go off the deep end then.

Hey we can think we can be a god,we can be,hey we think we can zip around space at warp 10 we can,or we think we can zip around space,we can personally zip around space.

Like the saying we only use ten percent of our brain,what if we could use the other 90 percent,and their minds go crazy with excitement because they can be greater than what they are.

And then there are people that believe that the New Age Christ will restore the hidden mysteries of the past,and mankind can get back the occult powers they used to have in the past,but there is no power which they will find out when they get to that point,but it is all a deception.

Also you should check out 2045 Initiative to get a better understanding of what they are trying to do and come back to tell me of you think if their goal is possible or not. They already have a bionic arm, and I am afraid what comes next. Artificial wombs, Head Transplants, etc.

Yes, man is deluded. Hold on to Jesus Christ. Do not fear what man can do. The mark of the beast system could well be linked to this but I will say God will make a way for you and all His people to survive through those times should they come now. Do not take the mark.

Just had a quick look at the site. One thing that came to mind about the times mentioned in the Bible.... "They shall long for death but death cannot find them!" Can't remember the exact scripture to this. This implies in my mind to those who took the mark of the beast. What does satan want? he wants to steal the keys to life and death! He does not have them! Jesus does! So satan is trying to bring a system where he is in control of life and death so anyone who accepts this mark [MANS NUMBER or THE NUMBER OF A MAN] (In other words mans invention?) will be under satans direct control.
Do not fear, for Jesus Christ already has a place to keep His people safe during such times. Do not fear as it is satan who tried to decieve you into ending your life as satan tries to steal the keys from Jesus!
If Jesus didn't have a plan for your live beyond the time you made the decision to accept Him as Lord and Saviour, dont you think He would have taken you? He has a plan for your life and He knows you can hack it. You are a strong warrior!

The only reason google has so much money is because of their advertising concepts. They know how to make tons of money through advertising. They are not a scientific powerhouse. Ray Kurzweil is just a computer guy who likes to build computer simulations and make predictions off of them. He isn't a geneticist. A geneticist is someone who works with the human genome, DNA. If you still want to believe him and are afraid of this ridiculous prediction he made which is nothing more than a wild guess, then the only thing that can help you is prayer.

For the sake of argument, let's assume that your prediction is correct and that by 2045 human beings will have figured out how to preserve a person's consciousness in an electronic and artificial form. There's 28 years of living to do between now and then, no need to do anything drastic to avoid it today.
