When I open the windows app it says "Connection Problem! Check your wifi connection and try again" The thing is I am connected to the internet. As it says that I can open google chrome and browse just fine so I know its not my actual internet connection. I tried rebooting PC, uninstalling and reinstalling nothing worked. Reached out to RoboOp but I didn't get a reply, I understand he may be Busy.

Make sure you don't have a previous version installed.
Make sure you have Adobe Air installed and up to date.
