I’m 23 and I still consider myself a “young adult.” It’s incredible how quickly time passes. I’ll be 24 next month, but I swear I turned 18 just last week. 😅

On the upside, I look about 17. The women in my family age verrrryyy slowly. I don’t expect to look 24 until I’m 34, so there’s that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

How can you tell you look 17 when you have a black stripe across your eyes? :p

It may be a maturity thing, but for the most part it tends to be right after being a teenager. Pretty much any time between 19-35 I think.

18-29 in my view

Then begins adulthood 30-39

Then middle aged adulthood 40-55

Then senior adulthood 56-65

Elderly 66-85

Past that? No idea.

At least Septuagenarian and Octogenarian sound cool. 90s ppl don't really have a cool title.

Centenarian 100+...apparently there are 316k estimated people 100+ worldwide

If I could somehow live out the "100 years" song by five for fighting...I'd be pretty content. Somehow though I don't think that's my portion.

Such a long time. I was so excited when I turned 1/4 of a century ;)

Well I was saying when I hit it...that's the only birthday that was cool in the past few years ;)
Yeah it seems like the oughts and mid oughts tend to be the big landmarks. I think that’s one thing that happens too in relation to the OP, we stop having birthdays be a big deal after 21 really. And that’s only because certain youths decide to drink.

Seems 18 is the beginning point for most, not going to complain it means I'm just beginning to be seen as a young adult aha
