I have not seen that movie, k, but I hope to, a father is so important to a child, and, daughter, as your avatar shows. There is something unlike nothing else that God has put on this planet with that relationship. My 5-year-old niece really likes her dad a lot and see that and I try to be in the background but she as well is a special little gal to her uncle too, not too mention her dear 2-year old sis, Rosie
God says we must be like a child to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, that innoncence I think that speaks of, never lose that sense of wonder and awe of life and sweetness that is God's and God in this Earthly universe we live

Mine is a gecko. I see these very often because they climb on my shower window at night & eat the moths that are attracted to th restroom light. Geckos are very interesting to look at. I feel a sense of wonder & admiration towards all of God's creations. I like having pictures that don't dwell in my emotions but instead redirect my thoughts in being thankful to God for, I think, my eyesight: because I enjoy God's creations with it.
(I had a picture of me but those make me dwell in my thoughts but I put it as an avatar so I had a face to share with CC-goers)
I usually have 2 polar bears that are hugging & that is another picture to enjoy.
Animals are interesting.

I just love dinosaurs and prehistoric life and I liked this one so I took a pic of me with it.

Ok, you, my peeps, all in c.c. chatville , I will tell you now my avatar , especially the shirt part, I think MY Pid Witkinstein girl is easy to see, she is MY GIRL. My girl, my girl. Talking 'bout my girl....
But the shirt, I said that the slogan was not what you may have thought, so, if you thought it was a 'Monster' energy drink shirt..... NOpe. Not at all. Well, maybe the three lines, like claw marks or green ooze drips. How beautiful is that too/?? Green ooze drips !!
But, yeah, I bought that shirt at a christian bookstore and it says this underneath the cool ooze marks:

I have since, being honest here my peeps, lost the shirt and so I can't tell you the verse that is underneath the 'Eternal Energy' letters, but I am guessing it is my favorite verse to quote to seekers of God or those that are down feeling because they feel like they are not doing enough to be saved.
Only believe . How beautiful and simple is that, to be with God forever and ever, only believe in Him .

I really needed to hear this... work can be really depressing & spiritually draining, to me.
I dislike that gecko from geico because his word choice is of a salesperson. I do like when he met another lizard.

Well, twice I will talk about something I rarely talk about.
But this pic is from a couple years ago. It was the day I was diagnosed with a rare degenerative nerve disorder. Basically, my nervous system is shutting down. And I am just waiting for something I need (like my heart or liver) to shut down. It sucks, and pain killers don't work on me anymore is a rather painful situation.
Now this is going to sound weird, but it was actually very relieving that day. I found out why I had been in so much pain lately, I found out which of my friends were really my friends. I found out who would be there when I began to need someone to take care of my crippled self. And I think the biggest part, I had a stillness that honestly washed away my fears of everything else going on.
The picture itself was taken at a park, right after I got off the phone with the neurologist, I decided to have him tell me over the phone instead of driving 2 hours back to his office.
