Well, twice I will talk about something I rarely talk about.

But this pic is from a couple years ago. It was the day I was diagnosed with a rare degenerative nerve disorder. Basically, my nervous system is shutting down. And I am just waiting for something I need (like my heart or liver) to shut down. It sucks, and pain killers don't work on me anymore is a rather painful situation.

Now this is going to sound weird, but it was actually very relieving that day. I found out why I had been in so much pain lately, I found out which of my friends were really my friends. I found out who would be there when I began to need someone to take care of my crippled self. And I think the biggest part, I had a stillness that honestly washed away my fears of everything else going on.

The picture itself was taken at a park, right after I got off the phone with the neurologist, I decided to have him tell me over the phone instead of driving 2 hours back to his office.

That is epic, Saul. I hope that God heals whatever it is that is ailing you.

Mine is also pretty self-explanatory. It's a picture of the statue of St. Peter and the Keys at the Vatican, the one really interesting thing about it is the inscription on the base (but I'm kinda a Latin nerd so..), anyway it reads:

Thank You Green. The main reason I have it up there is because I'm at a point in my life where the female population are looking mighty fine, and the last time I got involved with a girl I lost sight of God....so hence the avatar.

Believe, my Christ bro, only believe in He who made you in your beginning, He is NOT finished with you yet, and, won't be until His appointed time. And, who knows when that time will come, but I ENCOURAGE you with ALL I can to ask God to heal you, He is our great healer, He IS The Great Healer.

Like Hezekiah, who was told he was about to die by God and Hezekiah got down on His knees and prayed to God for MORE years to his life. And, God granted his request

Believe in Him, believe in HIs will for your life, on Earth. The Pontiff ordered the images themselves here, in a suitable place, equal to the size of the temple of Peter prince of the Apostles. In the year 1847, the first of his pontificate, while he was curator of the Vatican Works Lorenzo Lucidi.

the red umbrella obviously reminds me most of the blood covenant in Yeshua, but in general i'm just thinking about the shelter of God and dwelling in the shadow of the Almighty. There is protection in obedience <3
