As far as I know antiviruses conflict with one another in general so you should have only one installed.
Anti-malware programs are different and you can have them alongside an antivirus program. But let the guys correct me if I'm wrong.![]()

I only have N-360 installed along with malware bytes and Ccleaner..

It's fine to have a program that doesn't offer real time protection (like the free version of MalwareBytes) installed with another AV program installed, but don't have two of them offering real-time protection/monitoring running simultaneously. Hey thanks I know it has more then one trojan on it, Im standing at my desktop now (Im not on it) because I cant swat all the pop ups away while posting on the thing, it then begins to have a mind of its own or something LOL
I only browse on that puter because I never kept anything for virus or security on it, I wont even check my mail on that computer, but I did come here though lol
Is it easy to clean off your own drive?
I wouldnt mind, having a spare laptop if it was inexpensive to do
