I like to think that I have lots of soul mates scattered all over the place, but it's designed perfectly so that I will never run into more than one at a time, and I may never meet one when it "isn't time", and I may never even need to meet them all....and it's possible I'll never be ready to meet any.

But I'm almost certain that one is a GENIUS. :p

I don't know if God has picked a woman to be my help-meet. I may already know this woman. I may have already had a relationship (platonic or romantic) with this woman. That window of opportunity might have already opened and closed. If God wants me to have a wife, why wouldn't He arrange for us to meet? I don't want to spend the rest of my life alone and celibate, but if that is the cross I've been given to bear, I will accept it. Not happily, but obediently.
 
mine is too busy with his life not knowing im just right here waiting for him.. ^.^
 
Man this is good stuff, well my soul mate probably has her foot caught in a snare and shes to stubborne to ask God for help.

Np, Dark... I have non-Christians and atheist friends as well... And you are always welcome to share and talk with us. Christians are often seen as stuffy and not really talking about real or dark feelings...

I can assure you we have them all the same.

I'm thinking my soul mate is standing on the dividing line between "bi-" and "polar"... Just like me!!! :D
 
Hmm.... it would be nice to find someone that shares the same appreciation as I do on the finer things. I like dining, going to venues and lounges that play live jazz music, or classical piano, discussing deep stuff like theology and all that, and I like dressing well. Those things aren't always cheap. And I don't know if these are good things to like. Is it wrong to like some of these things being a Christian? Maybe he would be the opposite of me and keep me down to earth. Rooted in selflessness and always charitable with time and money. I dunno. I am conflicted that if it ever came down to choosing between those to types of guys... I dunno who I would choose. (This scenero won't happen, but it has made me wonder what type of guy I should choose).
 
just scrub the toilets washed dishes and baked some fantastic brownies now I'm standing in the kitchen tapping my foot on the ground ad I look at my watch waiting on Mr. S. Mate yet again sighhs

I know there are countless arguments as to whether or not soul mates exist... That will definitely be on my list to ask God someday... It just seems to me that in some cases at least, there is a possibility, especially when two souls become one in marriage. *Shrug*

It's just the nerd in me, but just because the Bible doesn't specifically declare that on the 2nd or 3rd day God made gravity and atomic particles doesn't mean they don't exist, so I prefer to keep an open mind.

I'm thinking my soul mate has finished at the Chinese buffet by now and has moved on to the all-you-can-eat sundae bar.

I'm thinking, the very first gift we will ever get each other are joint memberships to Gold's Gym (ha ha ha... I almost typed "God's Gym"... even better!) :)

I feel there is one person in this world who is most suited to you a 'soul mate' I guess you would call, but life ain't easy and I don't think many end up with their soul mate in the end but God leads u to people who will help us and lead us in the right path. I just hope I find mine hehe, God willing.

I suppose it depends on what you consider "dark"

anyway, another possibility is she's part of some underground resistance that is fighting some oppressive governing system somewhere :D she's surrounded by 30 enemy soldiers and takes them all down in stylish flare! but she's fatally wounded and dies after the last enemy falls :'( worthy of legend!

As for me, I have no idea! Probably somewhere adopting a puppy rushing to get home and watch all of his favorite television shows such as Supernatural. Although it is 5:26 in the morning... hmmmm...

I guess he is hopefully about to wake up and get ready (in a very stylish suit and tie) for his very well-paying but not time-consuming job before adopting the cutest puppy ever and watching tv.

She's out there, she's just waiting to be resurrected at the next level (or installation) of the game. :) Don't give up hope!

And once she's brought back, she'll be better and stronger than ever... not to mention, have cooler weapons :D !
