Sometimes, in order for people to get it through their heads, they need a good yell at, or two. We all think we're right. I did. But, I was never right. God is. And God will always be right. Instead of us debating on who's right or who's wrong, let us all agree that we're all wrong. Cause if we're all right, then why do we need God? Remember, God didn't call the saints. He called the sinners.

There is a reason why the Holy Spirit enters a believer heart to help them be born again . There is a difference one can be baptise but never born again
Our baptism is a symbolic act. Why do you get baptized? The most common answer is; "Because Jesus did"

Okay.... First off Verse and quotes from the bible are evidence and not just your words....

Second off I think John 1:6-13 will show you John the Baptists purpose...

You also have to understand, Baptism is nothing but symbolic, even in the days of the OT it was symbolic... Jesus gave himself up, we did not pass our sins the way you explain... But more so Jesus took the cup of God's wrath on that cross... The sins were not passed on like you explain...
Jesus said to a couple of apostles, are you able to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? Or may Paul's comment that we are baptized into his death. It seems to me there is more to baptism than just a ceremony. I thought this was a bible discussion forum, not a personality or writing discussion.I wish there were more 15 year olds with her boldness and knowledge of the scripture. She should keep refining her gift from Jesus , with his help. I also think her thoughts on John the b was interesting and not really untruthful. With abundance of our selected dogmas . we all should think a little more out side the box( not outside the scripture) , and with the help of the Spirit we all could learn some new to us truth, which we all desperately need in the days we live in.

That's what reading with a carnal mind gets you. I'm not going to explain, not because I don't want to, but only because the Lord says "enough". I've been explaining so far, but have gotten a lot of criticism. In the end, that's just how it is.

You have written several times that you are not going to explain any further and that the Lord has said "enough". If this is true, you are not following the guidance of the Holy Spirit by speaking more and more. If the Lord says "enough" to you....that means stop. It has become aparent to me that you do need to stop, get out from in front of your computer and open your Bible. Your age does matter in some cases and you need to accept that. It has also become aparent to me that you have a grand desire to be right. When you are proven wrong you just throw up another argument. I sense that you are struggling more with yourself than anyone else. The Spirit is telling you "enough" for a reason. I do not say these things to condem you but to convict you of what you have said yourself that the Spirit has spoken to you. It does no good for the Spirit to speak if you simply wont listen. Proverbs would be a good place for you to start reading if you choose to take my advice about needing to go to the Word for a "refresher course" so to say. I know it helps me a great deal.

The OT and NT coincide. There's a reason the Bible is written the way it was. There's a reason for the OT. God din't put it there, so we could ignore it. In the OT, the passing of sins onto an animal was done by the Aaronic priesthood. If you look closely, John the Baptist comes from that lineage.
To put it in simpler terms;

One animal per man> One animal per family> One animal for a nation> And one lamb for the entire world.
The Bible is like a puzzle. And with the help and grace of God, you'll see the pieces of the puzzle being put together.
And then you'll be able to see that beautiful picture, that is, Jesus Christ. In the end, it's all about Him.

I know. But just as there are people that don't want to hear, there are people who are eager to hear. I'm not explaining. Simply, putting it to terms. And just so you know, I've heard it all. Everyone has an opinion of their own. I'm just bringing the word of God out there. I'm just a messenger. And somehow, the Lord still wants me to speak. When it is really of no use, whatsoever, then I'll shut up.

Oh, I'm not struggling with myself. And you shouldn't be one to judge. How would you know if my Bible is open or not? I see you judging me. Don't. I've already been judged through the body of Christ. And trust me when I say this, I listen. When people prove me wrong, I know what's right because the Holy Spirit reveals. It's not that I dismiss what they have to say. It's because I take it in, and the Holy Spirit teaches me otherwise. But one thing about Jesus, is that there is only one Truth.

Not theology. Alright then. What about parables? Do they simply mean what they mean, or is there a spiritual teaching behind it? Because Christ is quite fond of telling parables. So, if parables do have spiritual teachings behind them, the rest of the Bible doesn't? Sounds funny.

The Bible is made up of many different genres. Yes, parables have spiritual meanings behind them but that's what parables are - earthly stories with heavenly meanings. Much of the Bible is history, some parts are songs and poems and proverbs. Others are prophecy and revelation. All of it is true and all of it is of spiritual AND physical value.

Wow my dear girl I do not care what your age is, it is just sad to see you make so many errors.... The Holy Spirit does not enter into a born again believers heart, HE IS THE NEW HEART AND SPIRIT... Eze 36 says God will REMOVE the stony heart, but you say the sinning heart will always be with us. Nope, a NEW heart and a NEW Spirit he gives us. and HE REMOVES the sinning heart....

That is why the NEW CREATURE CANNOT sin the sinning heart is REMOVED.... not transformed... REMOVED...

Sahah I have no quarel with John the Baptist or Samuel or Timothy... They preached Truth, not lies. My qualrel is no even with Elizabeth or her age, it is with the Lies she teach and speak. Not her as person, God is not an acceptor of person, and neither am I, but a rebuker of lies and false doctrine.

It is a LIE to claim all are sinners. It is a lie to clain all will be sinners. And it is a lie to say there are BACKSLIDERS... show me scripture on any of these an I will go away forever... God says this about his calling... He calls not to iniquity but to holiness...

If any here does not understand that true holiness is as Holy as God is holy, go ask your money back from all your educations.... God said, be Holy for I am Holy.... if nobody here understand how Holy that is, do not even respond!

God's calling is for HIS purpose and His purpose is to LIVE IN PEOPLE's FLESH... and HE DOES! He calls it the Body of Christ, where every member is PERFECTLY ONE!

UMMM Tintin does this sound loving when Jesus said this to HIS DISCIPLES

Matthew 17

14 When they came to the crowd, a man approached Jesus and knelt before him.15 “Lord, have mercy on my son,” he said. “He has seizures and is suffering greatly. He often falls into the fire or into the water. 16 I brought him to your disciples, but they could not heal him.”
17 “You unbelieving and perverse generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy here to me.”18 Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed at that moment.
19 Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, “Why couldn’t we drive it out?”
20 He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faithas small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” [21] [a]
Mark 8
32 And he spake that saying openly. And Peter took him, and began to rebuke him.
31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
33 But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.

And remember JESUS DID NOT SIN when He said those things.

Sarah, yes, but you and I both know that Jesus motivation was love. He said these things to his disciples to correct them and help them to grow to be more like Him. Also, this was Jesus.

There is a huge difference between being judgmenatal and using judgement. I think you have become so defensive you are no longer hearing what is actually being said to you for your benefit. Im not being judgemental to say that your words are contradicting themselves. Im just reading what you have written. Are you sure it is the Holy Spirit that is speaking to you....we are to try the Sprits to be sure. Not every spirit is from God.

Then you're greater than any other human because we all have struggles with ourselves. We all have doubts about our faith. We all experience walks in the wilderness as God grows us and stretches us and challenges us, so we can be more and more like him. Humility. Humility. Humility. For all of us.

Oh the ERRORS in these sinners... But how will a sinner know if God does not show Him his error...
Isdaniel show me where the Holy Spirit HELPS and enters into a believers heart.... A sinner CANNOT believe. When is it going to penetrate into your head?

The heart of stone (sinning heart) God REMOVES... he does not modify that heart or try to soften it, God REMOVES it. Do you know what REMOVE means? God will TAKE AWAY, the stony heart.... And what then? Does he dip the stone in water and it comes out flesh and holy? NO! He gives you a heart he PREPARED IN HOLINES AND GLORY, He gives you a heart of FLESH, not dipped stone.... FLESH. And the spirit? What does God do with the spirit? He takes the spirit OUT! and He gives you HIS HOLY SPIRIT... So it looks like this...

God removes the stony heart... DEAD IS THE FLESH... No heart no life.... then God gives that flesh a GODLY HEART... now the flesh is ALIVE WITH GOD's HEART INSIDE. And to give the SOULD OF GOD LIFE, God enters into that flesh. HIS SPIRIT!... WOW!!! it looks like a fleshly body was made glorious, holy and godly BY GOD HIMSELF...

Now that is what happens, NOTHING LESS... where is the sinner? Gone with the stony heart. Where is the cleansed spirit of the old man, GONE TO GOD! Who is the new heart in the body (God's SOUL) and who made the GODLY SOUL ALIVE FOR GOD? The holy Spirit of GOD! .. what is the NEw creature? A PERFECT MAN OF GOD FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT OF GOD. TO LIVE A GODLY LIFE IN THIS PRESENT EARTH.... AS PERFECT AS HOLY AND AS GLORIOUS AS GOD HIMSELF.

Why does God do this.... IT IS HIS WILL! And He will do as he wants, He is God He does not even need the permission to do so. He will do as He wants, and fortunately it is easy to knwo what God wants... Just read the Bible. He says so it will be so...

Don't doubt the faith. I struggle with my flesh, yes. But with my spirit, I can't say the same. The reason I don't struggle in my spirit, is because Christ already struggled for me. I'm not going to let His death be in vain.
I'm not greater than any human being. No. Not ever. The flesh will always be weak. But it's the spirit that can be perfected. All that Christ is, I am, in the spirit.
I apologize is I have sounded harsh, or rude, or even ignorant. I'm not. I have a lot to learn, from God. And He's still teaching me. He discerns right from wrong for me. And I have accepted Him.

Cobus, you're not one to call another person a sinner. "Don't judge someone just because they sin differently than you"
I've learnt this, and you should too. Don't push them to the ground. Teach them. Don't step on them, embrace them. If God could do so, why is it so hard for us? Because we're human. I admit I've made quite a number of mistakes on this thread. But, I'm still learning. And you are too.

Yes that is true, but can we,just because we don't like the way it comes across to us,really say that it's not out of love,or is that God's place to judge the heart of another? Yes we are to correct and rebuke when needed but never are we told to judge another's heart.

Yes, that much is true. Correction is well and good but being lectured at by someone who thinks they know everything is not my idea of fun. I don't judge her heart, I know she loves the Lord. I think she just needs to learn some humility and that it's perfectly acceptable to be open to learn from others. We're all meant to be teachable, even when we're 15 years old.

But don't forget she is NOT from a Western culture. She is from Malaysia. Culture can also play a part in the way people come across. What is seen in one culture as rude is NOT so in the culture they live in.
