I have oodles of posts I'm subscribed to. What is the quickest way to unsubscribe to all at once?

Hmm, I suppose you're browsing for Quick Links\Subscribed Threads, then to scroll on down to [empty current folder], click yes when prompted, if it gives you some error code, do it again... Note: this deletes all subscribed threads at once (providing you didn't create an additional folder, one with all the subscriptions you'd like to hang on to perhaps?).

What happens when you unsubscribe? You can't go back to that thread or what?

well, not as conveniently. you could use your profile page and dig through where your posts are filtered, would help for recent posts. reposting in the thread will resubscribe you.

When you "unsubscribe" a thread you just stop getting alerts (if your profile is set up that way) about new posts in that thread.

You can set it to not subscribe to any thread automatically.
Settings
General Settings (on left)
Then scroll down to Subscriptions
There it gives you a few control options, including 'Do Not Subscribe'.
I believe you can still manually subscribe to specific threads after that, instead of automatically being subscribed to every thread you post in.

Ug, couldn't find any thing that said "'Do Not Subscribe".
