Won't let me download chat on the computer

I downloaded the chat app on my phone and it's letting me chat on the phone. But I tried to download it on my computer and running Windows but it's saying this "This application requires an update to Adobe AIR that is not available for your system." It won't let me download the chatroom on my computer. Can someone help me? It's really hard to type in the chatroom on my phone. Thanks

Hi I got it figured out. Is there anyway you can change my user name? I created another profile but would like to user name to be changed.

WHY do you keep making user names? For goodness sake, pick one and stick with it!! Robo already deleted the other two you asked for..

Sorry it's because I thought Callie was taken I didn't know I could put a symbol infront of it so I made that after I knew. I didn't know there was a limit I really wish I could have the other name instead of this one =( I'm so sad lol

Yeah as a guest I like the app and I got accepted to be members but since then it won't log in at all
