Erm.. england is full and flooded.. a big ole melting pot going on here too..

But you are deluded.. sorry but that flag is blinding you to the fact that it is going to turn around and bite you.. and us all.. for we were never meant to be driven by the lust of prosperity in this life..

Now times are changing and everything that comes to pass will prove the evil that comes upon us from disobedience..
I don't know of too many people driven by a "lust of prosperity".... Most people want to do as well, financially, as is possible, given all their individual limitations, but that is certainly not "lust" for it.

Many people just want to live a happy life, without having to worry about where they will sleep tonight, and whether they will have food to eat.

Granted, many people believe the stupidity of "he who dies with the most toys wins"... but I believe those are the exception, rather than the rule.

Do you think we should all hope for third world status, to avoid the "lust for prosperity" ?

[for me anyway] such should not be of any amazement to the faithful believer: for God's Word makes it plain and clear that this world will not get better, but shall harden worse and worse; and because sin shall expand, many hearts shall harden callous: beside this God also telly us plainly by His Word that the heart of man is desperately wicked, which is why there is massive evil in the world. For this cause does the Lord look at the condition of the heart, which has nothing to do with politics or social programs.

In the old days, desperate people use to just commit suicide, but now all these crazies seem intent on making a grand statement prior to their exit.. Its a selfish disregard for everyone but oneself. We're in a world where unadulterated evil abounds, and this sociopath just decided that Sin City was a fitting place to demonstrate it. Either that, or he just had a complete hatred of country music :)

I'm pretty big on trying to see humor in bad situations, but I think this comment is pretty tasteless, given what happened.

JMO...

and, you are not normally tasteless, from what I've read... which is what surprises me about your comment... again, JMO

No Freedom without law, we are a nation of lawbreakers! no morals anymore.

Paul Johnson, A British historian wrote an article titled “No Law Without Order,
No Freedom Without Law.”In it he wrote, “oth in Virginia and in New England
to the north, the colonists were determined, God-fearing men, often in search of a
religious toleration denied them at home, who brought their families and were
anxious to farm and establish permanent settlements.

They put political and religious freedom before riches .… Thus took shape the
economic dynamo that eventually became the United States—an experiment
designed to establish the rule of God on Earth …”

-
In his First Inaugural, President George Washington said, “The foundations of our
national policy will be laid in the pure and immutable principles of private morality.”

In his famous Farewell Address he said, “Of all the dispositions and habits which
lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports.”

Washington knew that without religion and morality, the American experiment was
doomed to fail. John Adams backed him up: “Statesmen may plan and speculate for
liberty, but it is religion and morality alone which can establish the principles upon
which freedom can securely stand.” Religion and morality are firmly rooted in divine law.

In 1954, Supreme Court Chief Justice Earl Warren wrote, “I believe the entire Bill
of Rights came into being because of the knowledge our forefathers had of the Bible
and their belief in it.”

What political or religious leaders would make such statements as these men did?
The Constitution is the foundation of our republic. And the Ten Commandments were,
in many ways, the foundation of the Constitution.
-
Our television and movies portray increasing levels of filth. And the problem is made
all the worse by the widespread availability of pornography on the Internet.

The Net is making adult entertainment one of the world’s biggest businesses
Pornography is becoming part of popular culture and is still the only business
that can consistently turn a profit on the Net. … Pornographers, particularly
in the U.S. but also in Europe, have been the driving force of the Net”
(London Independent, May 21,2000). The Internet is saturated with pornography!

What does it mean to lose the war on pornography? It means losing the values that
build strong marriages and strong families. Strong families are the backbone of any
strong nation. Yet we have been overcome by something we were too weak to resist.

By giving in to these evils that are erroneously called freedoms! Not only does
our will become hopelessly weak, but our sins cut us off from God’s blessings
and protection! I don’t care who calls it freedom; it is not freedom to get into
pornography and drugs! It is not freedom—it is enslavement!

It enslaves individuals, and it leads to the enslavement of the whole nation!

“Live as free men, yet without using your freedom as a pretext
“Whatever overcomes a man [or a nation], to that he is enslaved”! Just look
at the facts and you can plainly see that America is enslaved to pornography.

The United States is no longer united. Stephen Paddock was 64 years old. Probably born in 1954. Four generations past, from today (2017), would be around the beginning of the 20[SUP]th[/SUP] century. This was the time of the industrial revolution, centered around wealth, and the first world war. The Civil War was fought for that purpose of prosperity, contrary to popular belief, as were the history books’ false documentation in high school. The love of money is the root of all evil.

What have we turned a blind eye to in the last 100 years plus? I feel that we haven’t taken God’s perfect government into account for a very long time. Have we been praying the Lord’s prayer in vain, “thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven?” Is Las Vegas another harbinger (warning) given to us by the grace of God?

Exodus 20:3-6
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Revelation 3:15-16
15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
There have always been evil people since Cain. In the 1800s, Jesse James, whose father was a minister, was not only a robber but a murderer. He chose evil- he married his first cousin- who was named after his own mother, he took his posse on his honeymoon so he could rob people, he was a racist, he robbed a train wearing a white klu klux klan mask after derailing it, causing it to crash, he was part of a group who murdered, skinned, and dismembered a bunch of unarmed soilders, and he was an arsonist- setting mills on fire just to be mean.

What’s the difference between him and the L.A. shooter? Jesse James was glamorized by people, why?!? Some think he was a Robin Hood figure. He never shared his loot. Pharaoh did a mass murder of thousands of Israelite babies. What’s the difference between him and politicians who have murdered millions of babies by abortion? There is no difference in all these figures- they all choose to be evil out of selfish intentions. (Anyone who is self-centered is evil).

I am struggling to find conclusive proof that this event actually happened. It all looks staged. Very staged.
Oh...it really happened.
I live in Vegas.

My friend's girlfriends family would agree that it definitely happened too.
Considering someone she knew got shot in the head.

...and they saw the muzzle flashes coming from the FOURTH floor.

Now whether it happened like they said it did is up for debate.

I drive the route where most took refuge... everyday.
...and the shots that he suppossed took from the 32nd floor would be next to impossible to make. (with any gun he could have snuck in)

l wish people would set aside their differences, conspiracy theories, reality, politics or whatever and just focus on God.
(One can only hope in a city where everyone crosses their fingers.)

God Bless

Why would you think that?

From what I heard, the distance was only about 400-500 yards. With that area crowded with people, there would be no aiming necessary... simply point it in that direction and pull the trigger. He was literally raining bullets down into the crowd.

the miracle is that many more were not killed.. thank God for that.

Good point made lastofall.

It's all planned. I think it's going to get so bad that the world's populous will do almost anything to live in peace. That is when the beast makes his final move, and people will see this person, or persuasion, as the prince of peace, mimicking the True Prince of Peace.

Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. (Matthew 24:23)

"For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape." (1 Thessalonians 5:3)

When this time comes, and it sure is on it's way, will we have the strength to endure?

"And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved." (Matthew 10:22)

If we are hated for His name's sake, we are in good company. If we are compromising, He might just say.."I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (Matthew 7:23b)

"I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:" (Deuteronomy 30:19)

"And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." (Joshua 24:15)

"When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand." (Ezekiel 3:18)

Rhetorically, to all that read this thread... 'where are you going to be in he end?'

Thank God.
...and maybe so...the length of the Empire State Building in distance at an elevated position...causing wounds level with the victims.
Sure, anything is possible with bullet paths.

Im sure he snuck an arsenal in, multiple trips up and down to his room... when lve personally seen Mandalay security question people with food bags.

There is (or was) video footage out there that supports that there may be multiple shooters.
This friend of mine was adamant that his GF saw gunfire from a different point than stated.

She was never interviewed,.she has nothing to gain by saying this.

Newsflash, sorry...people are evil, people lie, agendas are real.

I can't give ya PennEd's response, but, I can give ya mine....lol

Because, America, the fading "light on the hill", as it is becoming; Can, and is still, holding those forces of evil at bay! No one, or, several countries allied together, DARE! Mutually Assured Destruction, would certainly come about! There would be NO winners! That's correct, sir! America would sacrifice OURSELVES! Not something evil forces are so WILLING to "pony up" to. That make sense?
==========================================================

NB,
we Love you brother', but, no, your post doesn't not make 'any sense to us' at all...

sometimes we have to think' about what we are thinking', it can be a job, but also
really worth the reward from our Saviour...it's part of the refining-growing-process...

No we Hope for our Everlasting life and try not to let the wind carry us.. knowing that not everything is always as it seems.. America is not representing Good neither any nation.. in fact they will eventually all unite and declare peace and safety.. after much conflict..

An America proclaiming America the greatest nation ever sums up the delusion.. was the suspected shooter American? Is there any clue to his motive as yet? Because to carry out such an evil act one must be full of hate.. the world is calling for tougher gun laws after this.. yet evil will not be overcome by gun confiscation... the evil minded will devise different ways to carry out atrocities.. sad but true.

you have 'kindly insight', but you are miss-taken, 'they' are Not the 'exception', they are the 'RULE',..

keep holding on tight Jesus' Lover's, He's got our backs, it just takes some getting used to, and yes, it can
take a 'while', considering',...we must always be able to see ourselves moving on-ward and up-ward,
'homeward/heaven bound'...this keeps building our Faith in leaps and bounds,,,amazingly, we have survived
another day,,,
is He A Magnificent-Holy-Magnet or what???????????????????????????????????
He is toooo Light, He is toooooo Bright, but soon now, He will enlighten us to yet another stepping-stone,
leading us out of and away from the ways of this fallen-world,,,

just think, we have an opportunity to serve Him, give back to Him, for All of His Holy Grace given...

His Holy Love and It's manifestation to us in The Spirit, is certainly nothing that hub and me,
had ever experienced, 'down-here'!...and we been down 'here', a long time now!,,,:)

Here's why we are in the mess we're in now.

They legislated God out of school and Satan waltzed in. Now humanism is being taught. One teacher the other day said ppl who said what they have they worked for it is racist.

Ppl want freedom from religion and Satan is running the show now.[2 Cor. 4:4](granted, he can only go as far as God allows)

That's why we're where we're at now. Ppl are getting what they want. Sadly, they don't realize it.

Yes.... this is true. I was wondering if this guy was taking one of these psychotropic kind of drugs. The last I heard, ALL of the school shooters, etc, have been on these drugs, or had just come off one of these drugs.

I'm still waiting to hear if the guy that shot and killed 8 of his friends here in Plano was on them. I'm betting he was.

Isn't it funny that the news media is conveniently overlooking this (pardon the bad pun) "smoking gun" as to motive for this type of unexplainable shooting?

How can they possibly miss the connection?

Apostasy: The days in which we now live.

The scripture says, "In the last days perilous times shall come." (This speaks of difficult dangerous times, which Christians living just before the Rapture will encounter.)

These things will increase!
