if you become a citizen of the united states, there are requirements set forth by law --- is that too hard to do?

the commandments of Jesus, including all ten words, are light and they are not burdensome. that's what Jesus says.

why do you think they are ludicrous ? is it hard for you to not commit sexual sin like adultery and perverted sex with animals or perverted same sex sin ? is it hard for you to not steal ?
is it hard for you not to worship false gods?
is it hard for you not to be greedy ?
(Sorry it took so long to answer your post. took a couple days off to get into the word.)

You ask me if it's so hard to not commit any of those sins you mentioned. Are you accusing me of committing any of those sins? If so, that just shows the judgmental nature of the "earn your Salvation by works" crowd. And, yes I am putting a label on you.

Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.
[SUP]2[/SUP] But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
[SUP]3[/SUP] And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God? (Romans)

You're also a sinner who sins all of the time but don't realize it. That's being hypocritical like the scribes and Pharisees. [SUP]23[/SUP] For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;(Romans 3) Let's get down to the bare basics and gist of what this is all about. It's all about whether Salvation is a free gift of God or whether you have to perform a lot of works and be good in order to earn your Salvation. This also includes whether or not you can lose your Salvation once you have it. I'm not going to list all the verses that say we're not under the law anymore, because those verses have been mentioned plenty of times and you self-righteous, judgmental hypocrites still don't get the point. But I will mention one thing. Since everybody sins, including you, and you believe you can lose your Salvation if you sin after you're saved, I would like to remind you that one new Testament rule that Jesus gave was to be nonjudgmental. (Mathew 7:1-3) Since you were judgmental in accusing me of condoning sin, which I don't do, then that means you sinned and lost your Salvation and the bible also teaches that you can't be renewed again to repentance, because you would crucifying the Son of God afresh and putting Him to open shame.:

[SUP]4[/SUP] For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
[SUP]5[/SUP] And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
[SUP]6[/SUP] If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

So, if you could lose your Salvation by not having good enough works, as you believe, then I guess you're going to go to Hell.
