you are putting words in my mouth. I never said anything about disarming anyone. I simply stated that we should have a little bit of common sense when it comes to firearms. the right to bear arms does not mean the right to turn America into the wild west again. you can't just run around like Rambo and expect to have no collateral damage
who said anything about outlawing guns though? all I'm saying is using a little bit of common sense when you do use firearms. guns don't work like they do in the movies.......another scenario......I mug you in the grocery store parking so you pull out your pistol and shoot me with it. once again, the bullet travels through my body and into an old lady coming out of the store with her groceries. like it or not this is a very real possibility. I also believe the right to carry firearms should only come with the extensive training and rigorous background checks. anyone who doesn't believe this is reasonable is incredibly irresponsible
do you really need an assault rifle for home defense when a 12 gauge would get the job done with even more efficiency?.....you have the right to defend your own home but you don't have the right to put others in harm's way which is what you are doing when you go all rambo with an assault rifle.....again, I break into your home, you grab your ak47 and open up full auto. the bullets passed through my body and through the wall and into your sleeping neighbor. now you're going to jail for involuntary manslaughter

Well the fact is that our society becomes safer when more honest folks have guns ... and the argument that someone might someday get hurt is not a reason to limits others rights...we could outlawed almost everything under that standard ... As far as your thoughts about what a "rigorous" background check means ? There is no evidence that those things work to take guns out of bad people hands. the bad guys always get guns...look at the places where they have these standards you are saying will help? The criminals have guns and the honest folks are left defenseless

You're right. I read that the guy that shot so many at the theater in Colorado had planned on shooting at the airport but realized there was "too much security". And I believe it was the shooter at the church in S.Carolina had planned to attack a local school until he found out they were armed there.These people are stupid but they ain't dumb.
when you. understand who done(past and present and now)what, and all involved ,then come back with ,gods plan, not a human plan. acting on, what you can see,is only proof you, can understand the past. yet you quote the bible from the past. to prove the now. make up your mind. and jesus took up arms before death because he could, or because he was following mans understanding or gods. please vote now.(irony) spiritual. without truth, they cannot connect. etc(save you bloodline , mr and mrs opinion) when you will die alone. etc (the call for faith in who) mmm i wait for death, because i own gun.
