(Mat 11:12 KJV) And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.

(Mat 14:2 KJV) And said unto his servants, This is John the Baptist; he is risen from the dead; and therefore mighty works do show forth themselves in him.

(Mat 14:8 KJV) And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, Give me here John Baptist's head in a charger.

(Mat 16:14 KJV) And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.

(Mat 17:13 KJV) Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.

(Mat 20:22 KJV) But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able.

(Mat 20:23 KJV) And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.

(Mat 21:25 KJV) The baptism of John, whence was it? from heaven, or of men? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say unto us, Why did ye not then believe him?

(Mark 1:4 KJV) John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.

(Mark 6:14 KJV) And king Herod heard of him; (for his name was spread abroad:) and he said, That John the Baptist was risen from the dead, and therefore mighty works do show forth themselves in him.

(Mark 6:24 KJV) And she went forth, and said unto her mother, What shall I ask? And she said, The head of John the Baptist.

(Mark 6:25 KJV) And she came in straightway with haste unto the king, and asked, saying, I will that thou give me by and by in a charger the head of John the Baptist.

(Mark 8:28 KJV) And they answered, John the Baptist: but some say, Elias; and others, One of the prophets.

(Mark 10:38 KJV) But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?

(Mark 10:39 KJV) And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized:

(Mark 11:30 KJV) The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men? answer me.

(Luke 3:3 KJV) And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins;

(Luke 7:20 KJV) When the men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?

(Luke 7:28 KJV) For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.

(Luke 7:29 KJV) And all the people that heard him, and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with the baptism of John.

(Luke 7:33 KJV) For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and ye say, He hath a devil.

(Luke 9:19 KJV) They answering said, John the Baptist; but some say, Elias; and others say, that one of the old prophets is risen again.

(Luke 12:50 KJV) But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished!

(Luke 20:4 KJV) The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men?

(Acts 19:3 KJV) And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.

(Acts 19:4 KJV) Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.

(Rom 6:4 KJV) Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

(Eph 4:5 KJV) One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

(Col 2:12 KJV) Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

(Heb 6:2 KJV) Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

(1 Pet 3:21 KJV) The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

now, you know how to baptise

anyone adding anything ignore them
anyone not agreeing, pray for them they are hypnotized

hypnosis means believeing something that is not true, because you were told to believe it.

Believe on the word of Jesus christ and thou shalt be saved every one of you.
so your pastor disagrees?

If you are going to look up verses about baptism then I must ask why you skipped Mat28:19?
Mat_28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach allnations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and ofthe Holy Ghost:
Is it because it does not fit your doctrine? Are you in the same secret keeping cult wordsponge is in

The thing is that everyone has lived a different life so when they read God's word and interact, it is with their filters engaged. There will never be a complete unification of churches and doctrines here on earth. One must have a relationship with Christ and study His word for themselves, along with choosing a sound doctrine-based church to attend.

For me, the most important thing is that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven, He is the only way to salvation, and He is the only One that can save us. We must repent and turn from our sins. As long as we have Christ and are serving Him, the truth will be apparent and we will grow and move and change and, on that day, when we see Him face to face, hear, "Well done, good and faithful servant."
In fact, salvation is according to Romans-10. believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord. With heart we believe unto righteousness, and with the mouth we confess unto salvation. Almost every scripture that speaks of salvation calls us to repentance, confession, accepting and believing. These are the conditions for salvation, others are teachings that can help us to maintain our salvation.
The law is Love the Lord with all your hear, mind and soul. The one like unto it is love your neighbor as you love yourself. Surely this reminds us of sovereignty of God and that He alone is worthy our worship and adoration.
What else?

So are you saying only a false prophet would believe in baptism in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost?
Mat_28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
So is Christ going to die? Or could wordsponges interpretation of the Scriptures be in error?

Why should we choose to be like minded with you when you disagree with Christ on the subject of baptism?

The darkness has to go for the ILLUMINATION to shineforth.

Hi,RuthHannah,Yes, As Long I am Sticking to the Scriptures, Unless and Until ,I am Proven Otherwise,

What kind of proof do you need? Aren't the Scriptures proof enough for you?
2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

Yet you ignore the Scriptures.

Mat 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the HolyGhost:

And instead prefer the profane babbling of those who tell you to ignore the way Christ Himself instructed us to baptize others! Isn’t it time you do as we are instructed in the following verses?

2Ti2:15-16 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
