If you actually took the time to look at all that is written you would realize that your assumptions are incorrect as NOT one person who teaches what the bible teaches has said to NOT BE IMMERSED and or to NOT DO the works!

LOST-->hear the word-->trust the word (faith)-->saved, justified, sanctified and sealed-->USABLE for the WORKS that are the direct result of biblical faith......!
You have sinners in a saved position, faith alone will not wash away your sins.

Well, no offence, but instead of making comments like this how about post some scripture and contend for the faith that has once been delivered unto the saints and as long as men who teach heretical dogma continue to post I will continue to defend the word of God down to the last (bullet)......Just think how well it would have been for (OUR) brothers had they just given up at Khe Sanh? Really.........................!

Revelation 1:5 (NKJV) and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood,

Acts 22:16 (NKJV) And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.'

so if the blood of Christ is what washes away our sins (Rev 1:5) and Ananias told Paul to be "baptized, and wash away your sins" and Paul "believed" since the road to Damascus, then "belief" alone did not remit his sins, it was baptism administered by a disciple of Christ, and since Christ is the only one that can baptize with HS, yet the disciples were commissioned to make more disciples "baptizing them" Matt 28:19 (notice again Matt 28:19 does not say "go, I will make more disciples, I will baptize them")

It was when Paul was water baptized that his sins were remitted (just like Peter said in Acts 2:38)

Yes, and one who obeys the gospel (all of it including water baptism that washed away our sins) which also includes to continue to walk in the light as He walked in the light, He will continue to cleans us of our sins according to 1 John :

1 John 1:7 (NKJV) But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

“He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

Now to the second half, if one does not believe, then baptism would not be required as they are already lost, no one thing will save you, baptism requires belief, belief requires baptism for Saved to be true.

Simple logic.
Yeah simple logic that if belief isn't involved it all fails. Still doesn't change the fact that Jesus says "those who don't believe are condemned". it's the belief that saves not the baptism.

do you not believe God works in/through baptism?
the Bible is chock full of passages that say He does.

Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?

Do you understand the difference between water baptism and baptism by the Holy Spirit? Two different baptisms. One given by man to man (water) one given to man by God (Holy Spirit).

Why would someone who does not believe want to be baptized?

the HS is the acting agent even in water baptism.

Who did Christ tell to baptize?

Matthew 28:19 (NKJV) Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

He was talking to disciples, there is only one saving baptism out of the three :

Ephesians 4:5 (NKJV) one Lord, one faith, one baptism;

Only twice is there a recording of baptism of the HS, once to the Apostles (Pentecost) and once to the house of Cornelius (to show no respect of person), and even they were water baptized :

Acts 10:47-48 (NKJV) [SUP]47 [/SUP] "Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?" [SUP]48 [/SUP] And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then they asked him to stay a few days.

If they were saved the moment they believed or when the HS fell upon them, then why would Peter command them to be water baptized knowing there is only one baptism (Eph 4:5 above)

Because like the Eunuch in Acts 8:38 and Paul in Acts 22:16 water baptism is what washes away by putting you into contact with the cleansing blood of Christ, we are baptized into His death to rise (up out of the water) to walk a new life.

Really? So I scrolled back five pages or more before giving up, none of your posts contain scriptures. NOT ONE. I only see you echo and parrot others with rudeness and arrogance. Quite a post here sparky...

HahAAaaAA!!
(Psa 2:1)
Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
(Psa 2:2)
The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
(Psa 2:3)
Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
(Psa 2:4)

He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

(Mat 21:25)
The baptism of John, whence was it? from heaven, or of men? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say unto us, Why did ye not then believe him?

(Mat 21:26)
But if we shall say, Of men; we fear the people; for all hold John as a prophet.

(Mat 21:27)
And they answered Jesus, and said, We cannot tell. And he said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things.

HaHAAAA oh this is rich :)

And indeed he did, twice, once to the Apostles (Acts 2:1-4) and once to the Gentiles (Acts 10:44-45) fulfilling the prophecy of Joel (Acts 2:16-20)

Joel 2:28 (NKJV)
28 "And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions.

Yet the Gentiles in Acts 10:47-48 were commanded for a second baptism :

Acts 10:47-48 (NKJV) [SUP]47 [/SUP] "Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?" [SUP]48 [/SUP] And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then they asked him to stay a few days.

Now why would Peter under the guidance of the Holy Spirit allow that knowing there is but one saving baptism? :

Ephesians 4:5 (NKJV) one Lord, one faith, one baptism;

1 Corinthians 2:9
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.
