these are the conflicts on this sight. debates are simply augurements. Knowledge of the bible, but no understanding of the scriptures seem to be the biggest problem. everybody believes that they are right. The only ones that can recognize the truth are those that are lead and taught by the holy spirit. one thing is for sure, somebody is wrong, and somebody is right.
One thing I've noticed too is that sometimes people might assume that you are teaching something, just because you say it.
"It will", vs. "I think it will".
And people will see one of your comments and assume something about it, and then they build up some image of you in their mind and then no amount of discussion will change it.
"This person is a heretic, they teach <X>"
"That was 20 years ago, they no longer believe <X>"
Another thing that bothers me is when someone insults me, it's really hard to forgive them, and if I do, they probably ignore me anyway, and wouldn't even think to apologize. So it just leaves negativity around. People ignoring each other, having multiple accounts, insults and reporting. It's all just sad.
This is just as relevant as it was back then.
Matthew 18:
[SUP]21 [/SUP]Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?
[SUP]22 [/SUP]Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
Time to remove the 2 people on my ignore list lol.
