I know women are not to teach men but if a man is wrong in something pertaining to the bible what then should we do? Tell another man and let him decipher the truth of it before telling the man?
But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
1 Tim 2:12

That is a cerimoinal law it governs ceremonies when more than one family gathers together. It is not intended for outside of the ceremonies. The hair covering for the woman and uncovering for the men are part of the ceremonial law that as a shadow points to the wedding supper of the bride in heaven . She is made up of male and female as a new creation. Its goal is that the only glory to be seen when like minded Christians gather together is the invisible glory of God represented by the ceremonial law.
She becomes the pastor of the home. Her husband represents Christ the unseen.
Its where he should be silent and love her as Christ loves the church as a representative glory.
