OK man. But you look awfully
young to me. Takes DECADES to get a decent bite on the infinity that is Scripture.
You have no idea when the picture you are looking at was taken, furthermore just because it takes you decades to do a certain thing does not mean the same for me.

It took my uncle a year to learn French, how long would it take you? 10 years? So my uncle couldn’t have learned French in a year because it would take you 10 years?

How long does it take to become a seasoned warrior? How old was David when he killed Goliath? My intellectual prominence is not depicted by your arbitrary guidelines.

you went a bit quirky there at the end ... the virtuous maidens could have by no means have counselled the unwise to go to the disciples of Antichrist.

The no 10 in scripture denotes the nations so these are the Jews returned to Israel. Daniel 12 is the key to understanding this parable.

After the tribulation after Michael has prevailed against the armies which have come up against Israel.

"Many who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake..."

REVELATION ... the Jews are to be raised from the dead along with the church .... you never heard that before. Every Jew who ever lived. Some to shine as bright as the firmament some to everlasting shame and contempt. And they who are wise will turn many to righteousness and shine as the stars forever and ever. These are the five wise and five foolish.

The wise are to reign with Christ in the millennium a kingdom of priests turning the nations to righteousness.

What glories are ahead.

In the millenium everybody will know the Lord so there is no need to teach righteousness. They will be ruled with a rod of iron. Grace thru faith no longer applies but works

Not so fast hombre, first God will deal with His enemies, then the nations will flock to Jerusalem to the mountain of the house of the Lord to learn the ways of the God of Jacob and to walk in his paths. They will beat the swords into ploughshares and study war no more.

It's a 1, 000 year process.

Zech. 14:16 Then every one that survives of all the nations that have come against Jerusalem shall go up year after year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of booths. 17 And if any of the families of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, there will be no rain upon them. 18 And if the family of Egypt do not go up and present themselves, then upon them shall[e] come the plague with which the Lord afflicts the nations that do not go up to keep the feast of booths. 19 This shall be the punishment to Egypt and the punishment to all the nations that do not go up to keep the feast of booths.

Many things are still unknown but one day when in the presence of the Lord we shall know, I was thinking about what you said about gen 1 and 2 about;

""In Gen 1, the plants and animals were created BEFORE man(kind) was created.

In Gen 2, the plants and animals were formed AFTER the man Adam was formed.""

there seem to be a problem, there was only creation event not 2 different sequences. which one is the correct one? we will know one day.

Blessings, sorry for the delays I had a very busy week so far.

Blessings
Heya friend,
Why can’t both be correct? Can it not be that the Lord created mankind on day 6… and the Lord rested on day 7, and after day 7 (perhaps day 8) The lord did not have a gardener or a man for the Lord to come through. So he formed Adam.

Thank you - yes, I misunderstood what you were saying. sorry

about the flesh and blood however, what we know is that flesh and blood don't inherit the Kingdom - that doesn't rule out a physical aspect of the Kingdom, though. God will. make both a new heavens and a new earth, and Christ both physically rose and physically ascended. we will not be resurrected only spiritually, but bodily - like Him, and He demonstrated conclusively after His resurrection that He was specifically not just a spirit ((as the disciples thought)) - He ate a fish!
Hello posthuman,

I don’t see any flesh in the coming eternal kingdom.

1 Corinthians 15:51-52
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We [Christians] shall not all sleep [die, decease], but we [faithful and still alive Christians] shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead [in Christ] shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. KJV

changed: Greek word #236 allasso (al-las'-so); from NT:243; to make different: KJV - change.

In other words, at the Second Advent there shall still be living Christians on the Earth who neither died nor betrayed Christ by taking the mark of the beast, and these shall not die—they shall never die—they shall not ever experience a flesh death. They shall simply "step out of their flesh bodies," their spiritual body (which is within us all, both good and evil, loosely referred to as "our soul") thus standing before Christ "and so shall we ever be with the Lord".

1 Corinthians 15:50
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

Although the millennium kingdom in Ezekiel speaks of flesh in an eternity, that offer no longer exist. And the new promise is a spiritual kingdom with no flesh.

did He bodily rise from the dead, and bodily ascend?

Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

(from 2818 /klēronómos, "a specific allotment of inheritance, apportioned by casting lots") – properly, to assign inheritance (inherit) by lot.

Yes, I believe His body did rise, however, I believe he was transfigured before returning to heaven.

Yes, and that would simply mean that one cannot inherit the kingdom while in the flesh.

We were told what must happen to inherit the kingdom
.
42So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: 43It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: 44It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 45And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. 46Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. 47The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. 48As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. 49And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

We must put away the natural corrupted flesh body, and take on the spiritual.

For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55O death, where is thy sting?

Let me ask you a kinda weird question…
If you believe that flesh will be in the eternity, then surely you believe bones will be in the eternity, flesh is attached to bone.

So where was Moses when Satan and Michael were disputing over his bones?

But on a more serious note

The witnesses…
And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.

10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

11 And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.

12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

Their spirit left there body’s? Where did it go? Wherever it went it didn’t take the flesh, because their bodies were laying in the street.. then the spirit of life “entered” them.

Acts 1:11
`Men, Galileans, why do ye stand gazing into the heaven? this Jesus who was received up from you into the heaven, shall so come in what manner ye saw him going on to the heaven.'

He will return in the exact same way He ascended: bodily. flesh: pure, incorruptible flesh, like Adam before sin.

How would you justify this passage?
2 Corinthians 5:1-4
For we know that if our earthly house, [this] tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven, if indeed, having been clothed, we shall not be found naked. For we who are in [this] tent groan, being burdened, not because we want to be unclothed, but further clothed, that mortality may be swallowed up by life.

The epistles specifically address and refute the rampant gnosticism being spread in the days of the early church - the Greek idea that the flesh is inherently evil and only the spirit can be good.
this passage in particular is explicitly destroying such ideas, saying we shall not be 'naked' in the sense of having only a soul, but be 'clothed' in resurrection.
the flesh is not evil: God created it and called it very good. but He created it without sin, and it became corrupt through sin.
God came to us clothed in flesh Himself - having no sin in Him, He had no corruption, and no one could take His life. death had never any claim. to Him, but He played it down Himself and took it up again, rising in that very same flesh, and ascending to heaven in that same flesh, and will return again in the exact same flesh.
We will be resurrected and changed - all sin purged from us, and we will be resurrected in the flesh, putting incorruption on, being redeemed and made whole.

Are the angels in heaven at this very moment in flesh?

Their spirit left there body’s? Where did it go?
where is Elijah's body?
where is Christ's?

disintegrated, do you think?

why should the sea give up its dead? is that where drowned souls are? or where their erstwhile bodies are?

Are the angels in heaven at this very moment in flesh?
We are not angels, and we do not become angels.
That's immaterial.
The angels marvel at us - we are a new thing, to them.

Not all flesh is the same: Men have one kind of flesh, animals have another, birds another, and fish
another. There are also heavenly bodies and earthly bodies. But the splendor of the heavenly bodies
is of one degree, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is of another. 1 Corinthians 15:39-40

I’m sure we are going to interpret the above different…
Ok, Tell me…‘what is the word “dust”‘referring too in this verse?
Ecclesiastes 12:7 then shall the dust return to the earth as it was, and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

Mark 12:25
For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.
"as" angels does not mean we become angels, and the context is the practice of marriage, not the nature of our beings.
