It is not black and white
Alcohol does not equal sin. The motive and way it is used is judged by God and when used you are 100 times more likely to sin.
God makes exceptions but i believe from what the bible teaches Alcohol is the means of many sins, the cause of much intemperance or lack of control.
Prov 23 is a good place to start.

the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.”
Having "too much to drink" rather plainly suggests alcohol content.
Drinking grape juice would not so impair the senses, that the guests
would not be able to tell which was the better of the two beverages
the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.”

I can give you one, and only one is needed:
Deuteronomy 14:26
22 Be sure to set aside a tenth of all that your fields produce each year. 23 Eat the tithe of your grain, new wine and olive oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks in the presence of the Lord your God at the place he will choose as a dwelling for his Name, so that you may learn to revere the Lord your God always. 24 But if that place is too distant and you have been blessed by the Lord your God and cannot carry your tithe (because the place where the Lord will choose to put his Name is so far away), 25 then exchange your tithe for silver, and take the silver with you and go to the place the Lord your God will choose. 26 Use the silver to buy whatever you like: cattle, sheep, wine or other fermented drink, or anything you wish. Then you and your household shall eat there in the presence of the Lord your God and rejoice.
Some people really should not drink alcohol. However, it is impossible to make an airtight case for total abstinence from Scripture. It is best to teach all that Scripture says on the subject (or encourage others to study it all), and leave the choice up to the individual. It's definitely not a salvific issue.

None of the choices are correct. All are examples of a new Christian Law.
The answer is: In all things be led by the Spirit.
God forbade me to drink alcohol for several years. And then I was permitted. I know a man who became religiously abstinent because of his addiction. God healed him and he can now drink alcohol without addiction or fear.

Did Jesus create Alcohol so people could get drunk?
Pro 23:29 Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes?
Pro 23:30 They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine.
Pro 23:31 Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright.

New wine is always fermented. That's why it's a wine not a juice. All you need is yeast and grape juice and alcohol is instantly being created as the yeast consumes sugars. It's enough alcohol is a few days to get intoxicated a little, new wine. The longer it sits, the more alcohol yeast will make. It consumes sugars and the byproduct is alcohol which the human body treats as if it is sugar so it's just sugar in a different form.

From what i read in the bible it is not sin to drink alcohol but it is sin to reject the Spirit and my conscious tells me that alcohol opens the flood gates for Satan so i am better without it. By drinking Alcohol i place myself in a place that is many times more likely to sin.
Don't say some people can drink and not be affected. Every alcoholic drink affects us or we wouldn't bother drinking them.
