shhh you might hurt his feelings and its not that the Bible isn't "necessary" it is that "experiences" and "feelings" are more important to some. he likes to refer to it as "behind the veil" or "having a personal relationship with God" where you get to go around telling everyone else they are not as special as you because you somehow have a more personal pipeline to God then everyone else and can go "behind the veil"
you know the normal annointing of the Holy Spirit is not enough we got to seek that double portion.
sorry its been a rough day. I'm going to go read my Bible and pray. I'll talk to you guys tomorrow. nit.
Why do I get the feeling that people only know about God, and have never actually come to know Him.
God chose us from the beginning of creation that we be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ. Well, it seems to me that Jesus
knew the Father.
I want to be like Jesus, and know the Father personally, and be able to hear Him and say what I hear Him saying, and to see Him and do as I see Him doing in heaven. Then I will know, beyond any doubt that I am doing His work, and speaking His words, and pleasing Him.
But some would rather take the bible and read and understand and with their own wisdom, and then run willy nilly, every which way, but don't let them hear from God, because they already know what He will say.
