4. No denomination as they serve only to divide the body of Christ with man's interpretations, traditions, and doctrines. Pre-trib rapture as it is the best supported with Scripture :D

I have read a lot of Hal Lindsey. I got started by reading The Late Great Planet Earth,
I got born-again from reading a prayer in the back of the book. I got down on my knees in my bedroom as a young teenager and received Jesus as Lord in my life.

LOL That deflect simply doesn't work because it was used to often. You are the one who called everyone who disagrees with your personal interpretation "ignorant." You're the one who called 99% of believers "ignorant." That is venom. You're the one spewing out your "poison" at Grumpy and a customer who doesn't even come on here.

You know what I know of you after all this time on this site? Not much. You tend to question basic principles of the Bible, but they're honest questions, so I can't get angry there. (A little curious why you don't have the answers after all these years, but, hey, I'm a slow learner too. A little curious why you come to this site for your answers when you should know this isn't a good place to learn, but I've asked harder questions and sometimes get good answers, so that's not out of the possibilities. I'm just not sure if you're yet capable of pulling apart the ore from the gold when you hit the vein. And that really is I'm not sure if. I don't know simply because by the end of a discussion you start you never seem to tell what you know nor what you've learned. You don't have to, but it does leave questions in the minds of those of us who watch. Mostly, "Did he get what was said to come up with the answer he needed?")

And then there is that follower spirit in you. And now, I'm not one of those who believes in "the spirit of gluttony" nor "the spirit of ____," well really any of that spirit talk that happens on here. But you give off a vibe that you don't usually want to upset the apple cart. You'll go along to get along. You'll believe everything and one day get around to sorting it out. I don't get that, but it's nothing major that needs to be dealt with. You're either like that or not like that.

And, you definitely have a politician's heart quite often. You know how to say the right things without saying anything at all, but people will walk away thinking you gave a good answer, until they mull it over and start wondering if you gave any answer.

Hate you? Is that a new trend on here? If someone completely disagrees with you, say that person hates you to deflect the totally-disagree thing, and then go about your life as if that's any kind of response at all? That one is new since the last time I was on this site, and you're not the first to try laying that on my feet. It's not true, but most people don't push away the crap laid at their feet.

I do hate. I don't hate often. I even know I shouldn't hate, but hate is a real emotion and only God can change that to something else. But hate someone on this site? For what? And why bother? If someone annoys us enough, there is ignore, so it never has to go up to hate. I do hate a group right now. I can count on one hand the number of people or groups I have hated in my life. I don't have enough digits to count the number of people I don't like though. I'll tell you who I'm hating right now, knowing God will change my heart and give me love for that group -- the doctors and nurses who would rather be lazy and pass the buck than help my husband. They'd rather have a hissy fit and destroy his stomach peg or spurt his blood all over the room than learn how to use that pic then learn how to use it right so they didn't hurt the patient. They'd rather sandwich a patient in a lift and dangle him then be subjected to their job IS transferring patients from wheelchairs to beds. They'd rather blame it on another department than realize the people in that department already showed the patient wasn't bleeding in his digestive system. And they'd rather push the patient off to the next tier than deal with the fact that he was the one who wasn't going the traditional route of not bleeding excessively. So, yeah, I do hate, but not for such silly things as "End Times" conspiracy theories.

I've known of you for a year now. I've seen you say many things on here, but nothing substantial to agree with nor disagree with. (Not even on here, and apparently there really was an ulterior motive for asking your alleged "poll." Still don't get what you're talking about, because you don't finish conversations, even if they're important to you.) What you've done on this post is pretty much what you usually do -- pretend it's one thing, but hide whatever it really is enough that the huge majority of people walk away thinking this was merely a poll on some vague matter that doesn't matter to that huge majority, and yet, underneath the mask the real you poked out a couple of time. The you that spewed forth hatred of a fellow CC user as well as a customer no one will ever know. And the real you that finally took a stand. (Kudos on taking a stand for a change, by the way.)

Suddenly, after all this time I might be getting why you don't make a stand on most of what you say. The only thing that matters is everyone sees the future like you do. Either we agree 100% on whatever theory you prefer, (and I still don't know what that is, because I still don't care about rap vs. no-rap debates and you aren't telling on here), or we belong to the 99% of "ignorant."

Your mask slipped and out came a monster judging so many on such little evidence. And judging harshly for what? Because Jesus might return by spacecraft? (Not literally, but whatever pet theory you have, you're hard pressed to prove it biblically, since the Bible says no one will know the when.) And Grumpy is grumpy? If that's the yardstick you measure all people with, you're going to be hard pressed to prove you're not the grumpy one out of sorts with everyone else.

So after all this time you aren't the guy responding vaguely to get along with people. You're the guy that judges all others based solely on their End Times theory. But I hate? I do hate, but at least I base it on something substantial and don't flop the hatred onto the wrong feet hoping everyone will agree with me simply because they don't look any harder than you looked.

At this time, I still don't hate you. I do know I tend to absorb the moods of the people I'm around though, and I now know if I hang out with you long enough I too will be shallow enough to act and think like a politician -- say one thing for the cameras and what's really on my mind when I think the cameras are off.

You should ask for forgiveness from Grumpy for claiming he is something all the time, when he's not that. (Again, you merely judged from a brief, but vague encounter without looking at the whole picture. The same thing you did with your hopefully ex-customer.) Don't worry. I don't expect you to do the right thing. Most of the people like you on this site act the part of the mask but don't accept what's under the mask enough to have any guilt for things said that were wrong. It seems quite the thing also to wear the mask to avoid the reality.

You should also ask for forgiveness to the 99%ers. And me? Well, you have to stop lying about me first before asking for forgiveness, but if it helps at all, I didn't take it to heart. I rarely see the real you to take it to heart. I'm not even sure that was the real you because you scurried under that mask too quickly to form a full image of the real you. But I don't like the guy who popped out and thinks he's better than 99% of God's kids.

"Don't like." Infinitely different than "hate."

Yup.Also SOP on this site. Better to ignore than work it out. That way the mask looks good if no one notices. So much with resolving issues. AND a great excuse as to why you never had to deal with the lies you gave about Grumpy.

To someone else who might read this, (since I saw you liking some of the responses.) I once told you that you were a leader on this site. You disagreed, and I get that because who would want that title or responsibility on this site? Worse yet, there is no responsibility. You have no control over anyone on here, and yet many of the folks on here watch some people and think they can do and say things because they think you're a leader and you're doing and saying the same things. (They are so full of themselves they don't even realize you aren't doing and saying what they think, but they still consider you a leader. I know that stinks, but it is what is happening.)

What just happened here is NOT from anything you do as a leader on this site. (And again you don't want to be a leader. I so get why. It's anarchists looking for a leader.) BUT it was said and done because there is a group of people on this site that thinks they take their cues from others. "Free will" and a sense of belonging to the right crowd makes quite a few people feel free to insult "lesser" people without ever thinking they need to deal with the issues afterward.

THAT's the problem that has only grown since I was last on this site. I bring it to your attention not that I think you are responsible. You really aren't. No one is responsible for the actions of others on here. BUT in that no one is calling anyone on this constant need to attack "lesser" people (people considered trolls even when they're not, the vulnerable, the questioners, the ones on the threshold, the ones not in the in-crowd), and this just gets worse and worse.

If no one demands that people take responsibility for their own actions, it will become a free-for-all. It has already become a free-for-all. What I want is for others to speak up and tell the people they must repent when they hurt another this bad. (Grumpy was hurt this time. A teen was hurt the last time. An insane man was hurt the time before that, but I repented on my sin to the man, even if he didn't get that. I was trying to take on my responsibility but he was banned too quickly.)

I came to you in PM, because these anarchists really do consider you a leader. If you spoke up and called people on putting others down, it would not fall on deaf ears.

And the same thing goes with all of those considered part of the inner circle but still don't have the herd mentality. If you all would defend the "lesser," this nonstop attack on anyone who doesn't heed the assumed agreement, and this place can get back to what it's supposed to be -- a place where Christians feel safe to participate.

That's what I've been trying to say all along. I know that's my flaw as a writer. Sometimes what I try to say isn't what others get out of what I do say. But we MUST protect "the lessers" or we aren't children of God, who protects us by putting us in a herd together too.

(If the one who I called a leader at one time finally gets what I'm trying to say, please PM me. I so want you to understand, because I see you as the man of God who would do the right thing, once you get what I'm asking for. And you have the skill to convince others of this too. Thus, "a leader." lol)

4. No denomination as they serve only to divide the body of Christ with man's interpretations, traditions, and doctrines. :D
That is a very broad statement you made there.
If you have not studied every denominations doctrines and practices, how can you make that judgment?
To assume that every non-denomination is correct when each one has their own doctrine and practice is also a mistake.
Each local church is different. I would suggest that you allow God to judge each one.

Do not underestimate the fierce wrath of God that will be poured out on the earth during the tribulation. Yes the church now is being persecuted and buffeted for Christ but it is nothing in comparison to what lies ahead for Israel.

There will be death and destruction on a scale never seen before on the face of the earth. It will be so bad that people will cry out to God to cause the mountains to fall on them and cover them up to escape it. Even in all this they will not repent but will rebel against God and Israel will be the target of their anger.

It simply causes me to marvel that some would feign piety to claim they will endure all this and simply float through it without so much as a care in the world. Despite all the dreams of heroic faith God is going to preserve the church by removing it from this demonstration of His disgust with the sinfulness of mankind. As it was in the days of Noah so it will be when these things are brought about. God preserved Noah in the ark and He will preserve the church through the rapture.

For the cause of Christ
Roger
