So The bible is very clear about those that cannot inherit the kingdom, practicing homosexuality is included in this as well as many other sins/characteristic/desires of the flesh etc. My question is, if the bible is so clear about the fruit and walk of those truely saved, what scriptures are those practicing homosexuality and professing to be christians using, to allow them to continue to sin in this manner and truely believe they are okay in the lords eyes? There are so many gay/lesbian churches around now, and I have no idea how they manage to deceive people in believing this lie and not saving them from the truth. How are they misinterpreting scriptures or what are they leaving out??? Thanks for your time. X

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Straight or gay sexual desires are subdued and we shall all be incorruptible.

unlike the OSAS debate, this is much more straightforward.

They believe that they are no longer under the Law as Christians (this is true) and so they can use this freedom to satisfy their flesh (this is false).

They deceive by using half-truths,
mixing in a partial Scripture with humanism and positive-psychology,
and twisting it all together with social-justice gospel, cultural identity lingo, and self-esteem(pride) boosting sermons.

I say the same scripture we use. The problem is not the kind of bible but the kind of church leaders. These leaders are blinded by the sin of tolerance. They camouflage the acceptance with loving the sinners and hating the sin; let the sinless be the first to throw
the the first stone, and judge and be judged. And this does not include the dilemma on political correctness.

Romans 1:28
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient ;

Titus 1:16
They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

96. adokimos ad-ok'-ee-mos from 1 (as a negative particle) and 1384; unapproved, i.e. rejected; by implication, worthless (literally or morally):--castaway, rejected, reprobate.

Romans 1:32
Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

But the opposite extreme is just as bad, or even worse.
There are far too many people that are claiming to be Christians, yet showing nothing but self-righteous hatred that comes from pride, and not Christ.

We must clean our own houses, and yet share the GOOD News of Jesus Christ to all.

The GOOD News is not that every sinner is going to hell,
but that every Believer is going to Heaven.

Balance is needed. The enemy lurks, picking off those on the extremes (outside of the camp if you will),
because they are not focused on Christ, but on either religion for religions sake, or focused on self.

When darkness has entered the world, it had distorted everything from what God had planned for the way thing to be. Everyone and everything had certain duties or task to perform to keep everything in harmony. So there will be a time when God's presence comes and by us being in His presence will restore all thing back to the way it suppose have to been. In the beginning Adam and Eve didn't have had sexual attraction for one another until they have had eaten from the tree that had aroused there desire; that why God had clothed them in order for them to focus on other things. So God will restore us back the way we were meant to be, like little infants, that can play around each other naked without having sexual desires; and we will be more like the Angels. There are some that want to see destruction, and hoping when God comes and everyone that they hate will be crush; but those persons will need to pay more close attention to themselves; but I guess they can't since they still has a log in their own eye.

Matthew 22:30
At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.

Matthew 18:3
And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 18:4
Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 21:16
“Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him. “Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read, “‘From the lips of children and infants you, Lord, have called forth your praise’?”

Do I see a problem with churches allowing PRACTICING homosexuals to be leaders? Absolutely. There is a difference between those that blatantly practice sin in front of the eyes of the church saying they condone it vs. those that actually struggle with it. Are all sins the same in the eyes of God? There are tons of threads on this. The short answer for me is this: No, it is not okay for churches to say being a practicing homosexual is okay. However, we need to have mercy on those that accept them into churches but don't allow them to support their lifestyle. We all sin just as much. Just because someone sins differently than you, it does not mean the Father cannot have room for them. Churches have seen the differences between accepting actions vs. condoning. Every church is different when it comes to this. The Lord calls us all to repent of our sins, But this is a distinction to set apart those who legitimately struggle with homosexual feelings and practice abstinence vs those who practice it despite what Scriptures teach.

There are numerous verses that the LGBT crowd twists and spins. They will interpret verses such that David and Jonathan were gay lovers and the sin of Sodom was not homosexuality.

Let me give you a specific example:

Leviticus 18:22 (KJV): “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.”

The LGBT crowd will tell you that this verse does not apply to homosexuality in general but only to an idolatrous act in a pagan temple.

In fact, the LGBT crowd now has their own bible called the Queen James Bible. In Leviticus 18:22 the words “in the temple of Molech” have been added right after the word “mankind.”

every time I see this, this is what comes to mind: it is world vs. the Word. the gay agenda has been shoved so hard and anyone opposed to hit beat down so much that folks THINK it is " normal". so, I pray that we lovingly, firmly stand strong on this. we do hate gays, but we cannot say it is o.k. either. look at polls on this from 10-12 years ago and now. big swing.

Now read that again from a woman's perspective and no changing God's word.

Yeah, I hate when the churches condones men and women coming to church with tight fitting clothes to show off their curves, I wished that it could be like the good ole' days in the old testament when a woman even show her ankles around men, a group of men will come and start beating her until she is all cover in blood to prevent what she had expose will not be seen anymore. People are coming to church expecting to find some partner to married and so that can give them good pleasure in bed and what makes it so bad is that they even pray to God for someone that is good in bed. But since we are Christians we don't have dirty thoughts like that going in our minds. I always wonder did Paul had struggled?

2 Timothy 3:4
treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God—

1 Timothy 5:6
But the widow who lives for pleasure is dead even while she lives.

Titus 3:3
At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another.

James 4:3
When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.

You meant that homosexuality weren't the only thing that they were doing. They were having all sort of strange sex, like with animals, babies, and even that really gross thing that they were doing to the cucumbers. They had made themselves lawless people by not having any restrictions at all.

The devil can twist any verse to use it for anything, usually he takes verses that mean the opposite altogether and twists them to say exactly the opposite
so that when the true teacher comes along
he can accuse him of TWISTING THE SCRIPTURE TO MEAN THE OPPOSITE
that is the most effective way for then the person naturally rejecks it right away without thinking about it

Without all the anger and hate, I simply tell those who commit the act of homosexuality and those that condone it that they are not Christian, if it comes up that they think they are. If they are not Christian, I have no need to tell them, and I treat them as I would any one else in the world: I love them, I share with them, and I do not beat them over the head with the Bible, but rather, I show the works of Christ through me so that it is evident who is in me. Then if the Father draws them in, then that is one to whom God wants me to speak.

Now the gospel should be preached to all people, but to direct attacks at individuals looks silly and shows a lack of discernment. For we should remember in what state we were in before the Lord took us in. Therefore, we know that some of His children yet to be born in the spirit are even now in the throes of vanity and great sin.

More gay bashing I see. Those in the kingdom of heaven will never die again. Those being destroyed trying to enter into it are us because we still see ourselves as sinners.

There are some very powerful twisting texts that could be used for perversion to seem to ok them
I would like to show you how they do it but I will not post them and submit to the deliquincy of minors or adults
so I wll take the most powerful argument they are starting to usethat is actually very hard to refute and make one up like it

I am not hijacking a threa I think this is a dangerous thread for anyone who wants to be a pervert with credence will just write al these arguements down and 98 percent of christians will say COOL Bible says so!
when it doesnt

the key is in RENAMING a word
they need jsut one scripture verification of doing something and need one example

example
there are NO bible verses oking perversion
and there are NO bible verses okaying scripture for worshipping on different day

so they look like holy grail for one good twist

there was one demonic pastor in the 50's who had a cathedral out of crystal and a mega church
and every week on non-sabbath day he said THIS IS THE LORDS DAY BE GLAD IN IT
when it wasnt
for Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath day
so after ten years of this and everyone in the world hearing it they thought it was actually true
so to PROVE nonsabbath day they just misapply the Text

Rev 1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice,

and because of all the twising for twenty years they use it now for a proof text

and anyone who doesnt read their Bible go
oh yeah! of course! see?

and it is very powerful argument for they REDEFINE THE WORD FIRST
then they misapply the proof text

there are THREE VERY POWERFUL arguments for perversion now
because of legalization of marriage
and I am not going to tell you what they are.

needless to say the LORDS day is SABBATH
Exo 16:23 And he said unto them, This is that which the LORD hath said, To morrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto the LORD:

Exo 20:10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God:

and there are some more

so this is the kind of twisting that goes on
again I wont give you the proof texts they twist for perversion because it will do too much damage

so two methods

1. twisting 180 degrees and claiming it one way so when you try to explain it right THEY say YOU are twisitng
and
2. redifining an old word with a new meaning and then using old bible proof texts on it

hint
GAY used to be happy meaning they twisted that word
and RELATIONSHIP
and MARRIAGE is a key text that has now been twisted

and no one will know that is NOT what the Bible means becasue no one reads the Bible anymore...
