Maybe your superior knowledge of UFOs and conspiracy theories can shed some light into these spiritual matters?
Pray to your UFO space brothers for wisdom, insight and eyes to see with and ears to hear with. See if it does any good.

Oh, I have no idea. But, all I know is that right here, right now, I want nothing to do with David. You see, David is someone who pushes me away from God, so I just tolerate him because Jesus quoted the Psalms, so I approach this on a hierarchy basis.
God is supreme, so if God says David is important then I deal with the fact that I don’t like David as a person or as an example of whatever he is supposed to represent (to me it’s a massive ego) and I tolerate him for now. Maybe later things will get revealed where my point of view will be changed, but like I said, right here right now, I want as little as possible David stuff in my life.

Speaking of ego, can you do me a favor? My boss doesn’t want to give me a raise. Can you please beat him up for me so I can get this raise? I will pray that this action will be blessed by God.

Thank you.
this is easy to clear up. there are many people in the Bible, i understand them because we learn about them but some i just cannot relate to. oddly enough, i've done those Bible quiz where you answer questions and it does its best to match you with someone from the Bible. i always end up Moses - David - Peter.

naturally, someone like Adam or whomever don't seem appealing to me.

so, if you were to take such a quiz, who would it claim you would be, someone we know from the Bible?

Maybe because you approach things in fear? This is a common thing among Christians. To approach God on a fear or reward basis.
A little more fear would do you (and the Church) a great deal of good. Rahab and the Gibeonites come to mind. Smart folks who were paying attention and made the only choice there was to make.

Act 5:11
And great fear G5401 came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.

Act 9:31
Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear G5401 of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.

2Co 7:1
Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear G5401 of God.

Eph 5:21
Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear G5401 of God.

Phl 2:12
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear G5401 and trembling.

1Ti 5:20
Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. G5401

Honestly the person i relate to most in the Bible is Peter. He was a simple family working man. That's who i relate with. Not with drama queens who ask God to crush their enemies cos their ego got hurt.

As far as this quiz you are mentioning, i'm not really sure i understand you there. If there is a quiz, can you post the link so i can take it?

Yeah and then you wonder why people leave Christianity? Cos you want to control people through fear.

I called you into my UFO thread but you didn't come. I asked you there because of your expertise in the matter.
By examining your many posts of late, I would have to conclude that your many earnest prayers to your UFO space brothers have NOT been answered.

Reminds me of this remarkable spectacle.....

1Ki 18:25
And Elijah said unto the prophets of Baal, Choose you one bullock for yourselves, and dress it first; for ye are many; and call on the name of your gods, but put no fire under.
1Ki 18:26
And they took the bullock which was given them, and they dressed it, and called on the name of Baal from morning even until noon, saying, O Baal, hear us. But there was no voice, nor any that answered. And they leaped upon the altar which was made.
1Ki 18:27
And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked.
1Ki 18:28
And they cried aloud, and cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets, till the blood gushed out upon them.
1Ki 18:29
And it came to pass, when midday was past, and they prophesied until the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that there was neither voice, nor any to answer, nor any that regarded.

Cos you want to control people through fear.
You have got the wrong guy. I have neither the power nor inclination to cast ANYONE into the lake of fire.

Luk 12:5
but I will show to you, whom ye may fear; Fear him who, after the killing, is having authority to cast to the gehenna; yes, I say to you, Fear ye Him.

Hm. It's typical that many don't see the egocentric message of David who for some reasons known only to God made it into the story of the Bible, but this is typical in many cultures who embrace violence, revenge, guns and crushing your enemies to death while conveniently ignoring the message that Jesus says about your enemies.
David was living out prophecy. It was prophesied that David would live a life of violence and bloodshed by the sword because of his sin with Bathsheba.

Most people blindly follow Bible only when the world is full of scripture. You have to study the history of the Bible. They never said it was the only scripture. They used their own criteria for making the book and didn't claim God told them. They basically said it all had to tie together and have quotes from the old testament. Most of history the other books were accepted. You can even get them in new testament Greek and English on Google books. Not to mention that it stops scripture from being written today. If the Bible ended everything then why does it itself promote the gifts of divine revelation. Seems like a confusion to end something with books that promote it. I've thought about the Bible being perfect but it's really like saying God is perfect. Everything with God is perfect. Every good and perfect gift comes from God according to the Bible, not just the Bible. When that which is perfect has come that which is in part will be done away. But how can it be the Bible. They had Bible. It's like saying when the perfect comes the perfect will be done away. Because compiling scripture made scripture cease if so. Scripture got rid of those seeing in part scriptures? Putting a book together that promoted seeking to prophesy cancelled prophecy? It listed the gifts of the spirit but as soon as you read the book it's too late? Cessationist promote a dead Bible as perfect because half the New testament isn't valid to them anymore.
The rule of thumb is whatever revelation we have must be in agreement with scripture.

John 21:24-25

"This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true. And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen."

Is there much more that could be written pertaining to Jesus Christ?

Yes, even John admitted that there is, but what do you believe we are lacking?

2 Timothy 3:16-17

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works."

Seeing how God has already graciously provided us with that which is necessary to make us perfect and thoroughly furnished unto all good works, what is the problem?

None that I see.

What other books? The apocrypha? According to historical accounts, those books were not accepted
as inspired. The Apocryphal and Pseudepigraphical writings were preserved in the Catholic Bible but
not canonized in the Hebrew Bible due to a number of reasons, starting with their questionable authorship
or authenticity. They were all written during a time (400 years) between the two testaments when it was
acknowledged there were no prophets, and no direct revelation from God. The New Testament Jews never
included them in any Jewish collection of Scriptures, so contrary to people believing that books have been
removed from the Bible, the opposite is actually true: books have been added. During New Testament times,
without argument or qualification, a commonly understood body of books was in existence which the Jews
recognized to be the sacred and authorized Scriptures. What is known as the Apocrypha was not among them.

The Apocrypha contains a great variety of errors – historical, geographical, chronological, and moral, and
promotes doctrines which contradict the Bible. Without these apocryphal books, the Roman Catholic Church
would have absolutely NO support for their doctrines of purgatory, praying for the dead and offering sacrifices
for the dead (indulgences was a significant reason for the reformation). The inclusion of the Apocrypha in
the original printing of the King James Bible was strictly for historical reasons.

The rule of thumb is whatever revelation we have must be in agreement with scripture.
And under careful scrutiny.......this rule hold true. Quite infallably.
